“Nice clean spacious apartment in a great spot. Would stay here again.”
+Nice clean place in a great spot. Owner replies very quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Just across from a grocery store which was very handy.
−Maybe having a small pedestal fan would be handy as when it is quite warm, as it has been all thru Europe, so is the apartment.

“Awesome property. Lots of space, great shower, good facilities, handy location.”
+Really nice property. All the key features you'd want for a holiday stay - dishwasher, washing machine, allocated parking space, decent shower, lots of space, beautiful view of the Zugspitze from the main bedroom (see picture I've added).
−The only improvement would be to add a few more pieces of kitchen cutlery, plates, pots and a cooking tray for the oven. We had very hot weather during our stay and opening the windows did not make much difference, so perhaps the owner could fit aircon - I guess it depends on how many crazy-hot summers Europe might get in the future? Property is accessed via stairs, so could be challenging for those visitors with infirmities/disabilities.

“Groot, basic, appartement midden in Erhwald”
+Zeer ruim, basic, appartement midden in Ehrwald.
