+The beds are very comfy, fans are also provided, room is nice, big TVs!
−It doesn’t come with anything, I like an Air BNB with a homey feel and this is very much, it does the job. I’d also asked ahead to see what if there was milk here which I was told yes there would be, but on arrival late on a Sunday, there was not. So just don’t expect welcome gifts.

+Location n a parking space
−2 seater sofa. There was 3 of us n 1 of us had to sit on another chair. Which is fine but not watching a film. It won't comfy. That's my only complaint.

+AMAAZINNGG BNB! Very intentional with their accommodation, well equipped, great location (close to town centre), amazing communication. It felt like going from Home to Home! Recommend this place!

−Guest can use the garden, but there’s dirt and rubbish around. A one hour clean would change a lot

−grab bar in shower - shower floor tray slippery/ door stops as bedroom door closures very squeaky need adjusting/shelf in bathroom & suggest backsplash tiled above vanity otherwise with wear & tear it wont last long. shower temp seems to be when others are using the water possibly above temp changes/remote control batteries need changing in living room

+The facilities nd cleanliness were excellent. However, I was not told that the access was up such a steep hill! I am 86 and only walked up to the property once. That was enough. Going down was OK
−see above Perhaps you could oil the bathroom door as it creeks badly.. It was impossible for me to find normal channels on the televisions though I could find Sky News. That was all. I found the duvet too hot and thick but my companion like it heavy! A hook on the bathroom door would be useful as would a shelf by the basin. Otherwise everything was super.

−Bathroom door needs a lock 🔐 Warm inside apartment, can adjust heating but can't turn off. Sofa not big enough for 4 people, pretty comfortable.

+Good location. Good parking. The beds were very comfortable.
−The property itself is tired in places. The shower needs resealing. There is water stains on the outside of the bathroom wall into the living area. The bathroom needs a lock. It does need a freshen up with paint. As there is accommodation above it was very loud. You can hear every word they were saying, we were woken early in the mornings. Also we stayed with another couple and there is just the one 2 seater sofa, so we used the dining chairs but it doesn’t offer a relaxing stay for two couples and slightly awkward with no bathroom lock. The fire doors are not soft closing, they really do slam, so be aware.
