“a very good stay in Venice in a very nice apartment”
+Great location just minutes from the Rialto Bridge in a very active area of Venice. It is also a very doable walk to major activities and St. Marks Square
−The upstairs loft was a little stuffy and could have used a fan

+The room was spacious and water pressure was good in the bathrooms. The host, Michele, was very helpful. He went to the waterbus station to wait for us and helped us with the luggages.
−Laundry wasnt in the apartment. It was in the building but need to share with others.

+We really enjoyed this loft in Venice. It is very close to the Rialto Bridge, but also tucked away in a quiet area. Our kids loved staying on the top and having a good deal of space to themselves. The loft was nicely decorated and the air conditioning to make it very comfortable. Our host had some good suggestions for dining which turned out to be great. We would highly recommend this place to others, with the caveat that the pillows and mattresses aren't the greatest.
−The only downside was that they are in desperate need of new pillows and a new mattress in the loft. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were old and flat.

“You won't be disappointed!”
+The host Michele was amazing! Very prompt and helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to see. The loft was very very clean and very comfortable for 4 people. Very nicely decorated as well!

“As long as you know about the noise factor and the open loft, you will enjoy staying here as I did.”
+The host was very nice and very helpful. The location is outstanding. It is a good option if you don't mind the loft (open plan) but you know this going in. The host gave great recommendations and was very helpful answering any questions anytime. I appreciate how responsive the host was and very friendly throughout. The location puts you in the center of many interesting places and having Rialto vapo there is helpful for transportation in and out. The train station is easily accessible this way, as are San Marco, taxis and gondolas. It's easy to walk to nice restaurants from here.
−The 2d bathroom had a broken sink when we arrived - the host refused to offer any discount or compensation for this saying basically "C'est la vie" - he did fix it half way through my stay - but left a mess on the floor after. We avoided this bathroom as a result. The 1st bathroom ran out of hot water very quickly and with multiple people staying (family) that is rough. The courtyard outside the windows 1 floor below can be VERY loud in the very early morning - as they pick up trash everyday very early and clang around in an echo chamber just outside where you sleep - and there are vendors who park their carts in adjacent spaces in the courtyard - they start super early and make a lot of noise when they head out to work. If you are a light to moderate sleeper it is super loud and you should know this.

“Quiet apartment in the heart of the city”
+Perfect location, nearly zero street noise despite being steps away from Rialto Bridge. Bed is comfy, there are 2 full bathrooms, lots of counter space in kitchen to get organized. Modern appliances.
