“Great location, quiet apartment.”
+Location was perfect. It was at the ground floor, but the street was quiet and the double windows isolated sound well. Kitchen was equipped for cooking, but we only used it for breakfast. Shower and washing machine worked well. Very close to central Museum railway station.
−It would have been convenient if a 2nd set of keys would be provided upon arrival.

+We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is gorgeous, really well laid out, warm, comfortable, and beautifully thought through. The little touches, the plants, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a perfect home for Christmas. It was peaceful, cosy, and exactly what we needed.

+Location was very good, close to the Museum and Wenceslas square. Apartment is small, it's a studio apartment with a separate bathroom. It's well equipped for two people. Host was great, we arrived at 11am and waited a few moments for a lady to come and let us in to leave our bags. We were then able to walk about until check in at 3. Bed was comfortable. It was fantastic having a washing machine and separate dryer. Both were very easy to work.
−Could have been doing with more pillows and wifi instructions, but we managed without. No other complaints

“Wouldn't really recommend, not a good value for the price sadly”
+The location is unbeatable, literally steps from the main square. The furniture is nice and new, its bright with good curtains for darkening.
−There was an unusual smell the first day, and we found other people's stuff in the fridge (half full water bottle, some medical equipment-something for a syringe I think, idk...) and when I sent the message about it to the host he said sorry but that we can drink the water-that was really crazy to even say. Tried to wash clothes but the detergent compartment was dirty and had what I think was some kind of fungus. There was no toiletries or slippers+robes, which other 4* accomodation have. The flowers on the table were wilted, as if no one has even bothered to clean prior to our arrival (photos as proof). We heard absoulutely every closing and opening of the main door, that was really distracting and it was hard to sleep. When we arrived, some girl opened the door, didn't even show us anything, just let us in, and also, upon our arrival, the glasses were still wet (probably just washed), even though the host knew when we were coming in advance (this shows they weren't really prepared). Overall, the location and modern amenities keep the grade up, but everything else is not that good. Wouldn't come back as there is better accomodation in Prague for that price & specifications (sadly

“Superb”
+The ground floor apartment is very spacious and welcoming.
−I stayed in the ground floor apartment and the only inconvenience was the noise from the entrance door. A damper on the entrance door would be useful.

“Great Apartment, Would Recommend”
+Great location, secure, great amenities in apartment including washing machine.
−Only problem was our room, and bedhead was right next to the big heavy front door to complex....which being a Saturday night got slammed shut on numerous occasions.
