“A very kind and helpful host, excellent location and good value for money, but the cleanliness of the apartment needs im”
+The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. On two different occasions, when we found ourselves in difficult situations, he went out of his way to help us, and we truly appreciated it. From a human point of view, he is genuinely a very good and considerate person. The location is also excellent, very convenient for Budva, and having the possibility to park the car inside the private residential area is a big advantage.
−Unfortunately, the overall level of cleanliness could be significantly improved. The fridge had a very unpleasant smell, there was quite a lot of dust on the floor, and the shower enclosure was not properly clean and also had problems opening and closing. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed, but personally I did not find it comfortable for sleeping. I understand that the price is affordable and therefore I would not expect perfection, but in my opinion cleanliness should always be one of the basic standards of any accommodation.

“Overpriced for what one gets”
+The location of the apartment is very good with beach only a stone-throw away and a good supermarket around the corner.
−The apartment is not in a good shape, in particular the kitchen (dirty dishes, broken cupboards, strange smell). Also, the apartment is not well equipped, e.g., no dishwashing powder, no spices (not even salt), no extra trash bags, no washing powder. And that’s despite of the high price.

“Exceptional”
+The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos from the listing. The building is new. The apartment has everything you need, fast internet, cable TV, and a sea view from the terrace. It's very close to the sea.

“Beautiful stay in Montenegro.”
+Very well equipped kitchen and the whole appartment. Wifi OK. Aircondition OK. Private parking in garage - it is huge advantage in Budva and we really appreciate it.
−Very narrow and steep entrance to garage and narrow parking space. Sometimes it could happen you cannot park inside because of other local cars parked in front of the entrance into garage - ask neighbours or owner to contact proper person to free your way.
