+Everything was incredible. The house id very convenient,clean, in excellent shape, with super comfy beds. The view from every corner of the house is breathtaking. The hosts were probably the nicest I’ve had to experience. They helped me rent a bike, cooked delicious meals, and even prepared coffee and a take away breakfast for me after driving me to the station and realizing that there coffee shop is closed. Everything was just incredible and I would definitely come back again.

+Actually we have stayed here 2 years ago during the winter season and we enjoyed this little chalet so much that we had to come back this spring season! And this time, they have upgraded it and made an extended living room which is great for suitcase storage! The host were lovely, very friendly and helpful… we had problems 2 years ago in the snow and they gave their hearts out to help us! It’s great to be back and loved the little leather keychain they gave us which was a collaboration with a leather shop in Hakuba!!!! Hopefully we gona come back next season and enjoy the stay at urs! Thank you so much :)

+The chalet was perfect, and the hosts/owners were the BEST! It was an absolute gem. Everything from check in, to our warm welcome to picking us up from the bus station, to the comfortable space, the chalet was a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. Walking to Echoland was easy, but our hosts were so accomodating to take us to the ski slopes or grocery store when needed. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommend.

+Absolutely beautiful place to stay, nice and cozy chalet with all the necessities and close walk to lots of nice restaurants and bars. The owners were lovely and they even took us to whichever slope was best for the day and picking up later in the afternoon aswell!

+My husband and I’s stay at And Mountain in Hakuba was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel completely at ease. Traveling in a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming or even a little scary, but their warmth instantly melted any stress away. They were not only incredibly helpful, they were genuinely fun to be around. Always on time, always organized, and always greeting us with the biggest smiles. Their love and happiness with each other radiates so naturally that it creates such a calm and joyful energy throughout the entire stay. It is rare to meet hosts who care this deeply. Transportation was flawless. They helped with pick ups and drop offs, rides to the station, luggage delivery locations, and ski rental returns. They made every transition seamless, which is invaluable when you are navigating ski gear and unfamiliar systems. It felt like having close friends in Hakuba who truly wanted to make sure your trip was perfect. The house itself was absolutely ideal. “A hospitable and comfortable stay, with an awesome view”
+We loved our stay at And Mountain! The hosts were super communicative and helpful with transportation to and from the accomodation as well as around Hakuba Valley to get supplies and go to activities. The view from the chalet is incredible and the facilities inside were great. Wouldn't have anything to fault about our stay here, would 100% recommend!

“Best Accommodation and Stress Free”
+Everything. The view from the room was awesome, clean room, spacious, comfortable beds, good shower, warm, double glazed, and a nice alfresco area to relax. The walk from your room to the road also has automatic lights so you can easily find your way through the snow. The owners of the hotel were also amazing and so accomodating. They took us and picked us up from the ski resorts each day and also picked us up and dropped us off at our accomodation. This made our lives so easy in Hakuba. They are nicest people. Stay here you won’t regret it.

“Best part of our Japan trip”
+The cabin was beautiful and has the most amazing views of the mountains and fields. 10 minutes walk from Hakuba main strip it was perfectly placed to rest after a day of skiing while enjoying the snow. The sun rise in the morning was stunning. They had thought of everything which made the cabin warm, comfortable and relaxing. The owners were lovely and took us to the ski slopes and picked us up which made it so easy compared to people catching the shuttle. They were very accommodating when we had a few last minute requests which we were very grateful for. The supermarket was 15 minutes walk away and they had everything you could need. The owners were happy to take us which made cooking at home so easy. We couldn’t fault our stay, best part of our Japan trip and would definitely stay again.
