“Adequate but definitely needs some TLC”
+Very quiet (with windows closed) despite being above a Costcutter (very convenient) and a few doors down from the pub. Secure private parking. Location good for access to Epsom - approx 15 minute walk to the town centre. Communication with property manager was very good; helpful and responsive.
−Decor very tired. Carpet definitely needs replacing. Sofa too (very uncomfortable). Needs fresh coat of paint everywhere. No surfaces to place toiletries on in bathroom. Kitchen equipment very basic: poor quality utensils; eight wine glasses but only two cereal bowls, no instructions for using the oven, random selection of tatty magazines and books. Damaged/faded artwork on walls. Sliding shower door regularly came off its hinges and could be a hazard. Definitely take your own toiletries - the shower gel and hand soap provided are very basic. Real shame as this could be a really great apartment with just minimal outlay on refreshing the decor and equipment.

“Easy access to Epsom Station which was our main requirement. 2 nights was plenty. I'm afraid we woul”
+Location and secure parking. 3 'bedroom' option with sofa bed in the lounge. Clean. Nice bedlinen and towels. Mezzanine arrangement worked well. Very useful to have the Costcutter beneath for supplies.
−Only 3 mugs in the property - there were 4 of us but we could have been a larger group and would have struggled. It was extremely hot and small opening allowance to windows made it difficult to get cool. Fans were provided but made little difference. The twin bedroom was very small with just enough space for one person to walk down to get into bed. Quite a lot of noise from the pub next door and people walking by. Also a screaming baby in the block - but quite understandable as it sounded young and it was hot. Unfortunately there were roadworks almost directly outside and this was noisy.

“Over priced for what it was”
+When we had an issue with the internet and the shower didn't work the response was positive and corrections done fairly quickly
−The toilet was not 100% clean and the water in the shower was almost non-existant. But it was sorted out the next day with a new shower head.

“Very noisy. Need new pots pans . Needs a good scrub. Furniture very uncomfortable and another lounge chair would be good”
−It was very Hot. Cutlery was filthy when we arrived including pots and pans. Freezer was iced up and unhygienic.

“Just about acceptable if you don’t intend to cook”
+Comfortable beds. Generally clean. Good instructions for appliances filed in a folder. Spacious free parking on-site. Small supermarket under apartment.
−The communal stairs and corridors were dirty and dingy. The first night a child was running around a neighbouring apartment making noise at 2am. The bathroom fan switched off immediately when the light was switched on. The bathroom initially smelled damp but this improved with use of the fan. The kitchen had limited equipment eg only 1 medium pan. The sofa cushions were upside down (I didn’t investigate as to why). The TV reception was variable - I can’t remember when I last used an aerial! No significant recycling.

+The accommodation suited our needs.
−The area seemed abit rough, other residents in building abit rude and the shop(costcutter)below needed security guard.
