“Oradea stay”
+Right from the start I had mixed feelings because of the check-in procedure, but I got over it. It doesn't seem too much, but it creates some tension. Finding the parking place was an adventure for us even if the instructions seemed clear enough. The access to the apartment is easy and straight forward. Inside you will get only what you see in the photos... Nothing to make you feel welcome - I do not mean gifts like water, candies, chocolate and so on, but things that you do not necessarily want to buy when you rent an apartment during your holiday. The place is clean-ish, I did not feel impressed about it, but neither was bad. The bed is comfortable enough. The fridge seems tired as it took about 2 days to really cool the food. Overall, the apartment which I am sure was premium starts to show its age and needs an intervention from the owner - I already suggested it and seemed open to look into it. Probably the next guests will tell you about it. The positive is that you can get an invoice and the area is quiet, you get your own parking place and everything is close and worry free if you go by car.
−Oradea was my dream town for many years, so my expectations were too high for this visit: I did not like the distant communication with the host, although they were polite. I did not feel welcomed. You should pack something for the mosquitos. The cleaning should be a little better. The cooking hood does not have an exterior vent so all the heat and steam basically stays inside.

“Experienta a fost una satisfacatoare.”
+Complexul rezidential in care se afla apartamentul este linistit, modern si bine intretinut, cu spatii verzi amenajate si acces facil la magazine si mijloace de transport in comun. Apartamentul este spatios, confortabil si amenajat cu bun gust, iar bucataria este complet utilata pentru o sedere placuta. Procesul de self check-in a fost simplu si convenabil, oferindu-ne flexibilitate la sosire. Gazda a fost amabila, serviabila si atenta la nevoile noastre pe tot parcursul sejurului. De asemenea, am beneficiat de parcare in incinta complexului. Am apreciat promptitudinea in comunicare, raspunsurile rapide la mesaje si apeluri, precum si flexibilitatea de a ne permite accesul in apartament inainte de ora stabilita pentru check-in.
−Per ansamblu, sederea a fost in regula, insa confortul pentru dormit a lasat de dorit. Salteaua patului ni s-a parut inconfortabila, patul scartaia la orice miscare, iar pernele erau foarte moi, mici si nu ofereau suficient suport. De asemenea, canapeaua din living era destul de tare si incomoda. Consideram ca aceste aspecte ar putea fi imbunatatite pentru a oferi o experienta mai placuta oaspetilor.

+Toate indicatiile au fost ok , a fost plăcut, cald si confortabil. O nota in plus vine si pentru locul de parcare aferent.
−Usa de la balcon se deschidea si inchidea ciudat. In bucătărie n-ar strica un suport / storcător de vase.... chiar si pentru 1 cana sau 2. Balconul era cam prăfuit.

+Pekné ubytovanie v tichej rezidenčnej štvrti, k ubytovaniu prislúcha parkovacie miesto. Oceňujem bezkontaktné odovzdanie kľúčov. Ďalej od centra, ale my sme sa presúvali autom. Dostačujúce zariadenie kuchyne.
−Upratovanie mohlo byť dôkladnejšie. Na chodbe rozbitá zásuvka.
