“Great Price and Location”
+Location was perfect, clkse to beach and restaurants
−All good, however the automatic hall light not on long enough, possibly 5 seco ds max, no time to even open the door, which is less than 15 feet away

−We arrived late at night on a Saturday. Benniconnect dropped us off at the apartment but we had to go into town to collect keys. Neither of our phones were working. Thankfully the staff at a nearby hotel took pity on us and tried to get us a taxi to go in to town for the keys. Because the taxis were all busy being a Saturday night we had to wait 3 hours. When a taxi finally arrive he drove us in to town, even he struggled to find the office where the keys were left in a locked box. Eventually we located the keys and the taxi took us back to the apartment block. After paying an expensive taxi journey we eventually got in to the apartment in the early hours of Sunday. This arrangement is definitely not ideal and a rethink is needed for accessing the keys to the apartment when arriving on a late flight. We were also told that we had to go in to the town on Monday morning and pay a £200 euro deposit which would of meant another expensive taxi journey. We decided that we would not be making the journey again at our expense and received messages everyday almost requesting that we present at the office to pay!!!

“Worth of the time spent.”
+Location, views, good terrace. Availability of swimming pools. Easy access to supermarkets.
−Cutlery very limited, missing some basic small equipment like corkscrew or garlic squeezer.

“Zdecydowanie nie polecam - apartament wymaga gruntownego remontu!”

−Niestety pobyt w tym apartamencie był bardzo rozczarowujący. Mieszkanie jest w bardzo złym stanie technicznym i zdecydowanie wymaga generalnego remontu, szczególnie kuchnia i łazienka. W sypialni głównej znajdowało się łóżko o długości dziecięcego - dorosła osoba (190 cm wzrostu) miała nogi wystające poza ramę łóżka od połowy łydek. Większość wyposażenia była zniszczona lub rozpadająca się - krzesło na tarasie rozpadło się pod dzieckiem, powodując obrażenia nogi. Kran w kuchni był uszkodzony i wypadał, co doprowadziło do poparzenia gorącą wodą. Drzwi tarasowe nie domykały się przez zepsuty zamek. Pralka, która miała być na wyposażeniu, była niesprawna - ręczniki zablokowały się w niej na cały pobyt. Duże zamieszanie panuje wokół zarządzania apartamentem - właściciel, firma CarpeDiem i firma sprzątająca to trzy różne podmioty. Po klucze trzeba jechać do centrum Calpe, gdzie pobierana jest kaucja 200euro oraz (!) opłata za ręczniki. Kaucję zwrócono dopiero po mojej interwencji po 5 dniach od naszego wyjazdu,. Apartament był niedokładnie posprzątany - kurz pod łóżkiem, nieprzyjemny zapach z toalet przez cały pobyt, obecność robaków (rybiki) w kuchni i łazienkach. Zdecydowanie nie pole
