“Not satisfied”
+The location is good, the apartment is relatively new, there are parking spots right outside, but you can also walk to the city centre (15 min)
−Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects. First of all the communication was really bad with the property management company, when we arrived the AC was not working, i let them know and they did not reply for several hours and it was really hot in the apartment. They finally solved the issue after almost 24 hours. Secondly, there was no ironing machine or board, although it says in amenities that it is provided. I texted them several times, they just kept the messages on ‘read’ and never replied. I followed up like 5 times, also on phone. After 3 days i bought myself an iron, they never provided or replied. Unfortunately, some plates and cups were dirty. The apartment is newly furnished, but quality is quite low. Also, we paid via transfer for the tourist tax and early check-in, but they somehow missed it, and asked us to pay again.. The worst point was the communication and lack of professionalism.

−Beaucoup de demandes par mails avec une procédure un peu lourde et qui n'aboutit pas toujours sur Internet. Les équipements pourraient être complétés : pas de bouilloire, de grille pain et de lampes de chevets. Pas de lave-linge

+A szállás rendben volt egy új építésű apartman Tiszta
−Túl sok felszerelés nincs. Kávéfőző van de kávespohár már nincs, minek van konyha ha nincs mikró, vízforraló, konyharuha, papírtörlő.... Mikor megérkeztünk jeleztük, hogy hamarabb szeretnénk menni, ez 5-6 ország több tucat apartmanjánál,szállodájánál működik,itt fizetni kellett 15 eurót azért mert három órával hamarabb érkeztünk. A foglaláskor direkt olyan helyet kerestünk aminek zárt a parkolója, de azt elfelejtették közölni és megérkezésünkkor sem mondta el Szilvia hogy ez bizony plusz 75 euró. Ami azért nem kevés , a vicc hogy este küldenek egy revolut linket, semmi le írás mellé , majd fél 10 kor megint írnak hogy ez a parkolás díja. Természetesen számlát azt nem kaptunk róla. A belváros viszonylag messze kb 15-20 perc séta. A környék zajos, szerencsére hangszigetelt ablakok vannak és van klíma is. Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen puha. Az hogy nem volt mosogatószer és kézmosó szappan sem ezek után már nem lepett meg. A hulladék szállítás pedig kaotikus, és ezt nekünk kellett kikövetkeztetni ... A konyhában 3 felé tudod szedni a szemetet, kint az erkélyen már 4 kuka van, fogalmad sincs mit hova tegyél, hiszen nincsenek jelzések sem piktogramok. Állítólag küldik a szemét szállítási na

“Consigliato!!!”
+Buona posiziona per raggiungere il centro di Alghero a 10 min a piedi e attimo punto per visitare le varie spiagge. La struttura è identica alle foto. Consiglio vivamente.
−La mancanza di un canovaccio in cucina, è un panno spugna per asciugare.

+L'appartamento e l'intero condominio sono molto nuovi quindi tutto ben curato ed in ottime condizioni. Ci sono piaciuti i 2 terrazzi, davanti per colazione e relax serale, dietro come sgombraroba e stendipanni. Il condizionamento con 2 split indipendenti ci ha permesso di tenere spento quello in camera mantenendo comunque un buon clima considerando la settimana super rovente che abbiamo avuto. Parcheggio lungo la strada ma sempre sotto casa.
−Alcune dotazioni (di poco conto) ancora mancanti: piastre ghiaccio per la borsa frigo, mollette per lo stendipanni, scaldalatte.
