“Amazing would definitely recommend”
+I could not fault this apartment it was just amazing. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The terrace has the most fantastic views and we enjoyed cooking in the outside space. The ice machine was appreciated as it was very hot when we stayed and the aircon was much needed. The location is brilliant, central but also peaceful and local beaches are beautiful and easily accessible. The host was super quick to respond to all my messages and so polite and helpfuI. It was great to be able to store our luggage after checking out as we had an evening flight. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely book again.

“Stunning views and a gorgeous apartment”
+Stunning views and a beautifully designed and presented apartment - exactly how you’d design and furnish it for yourself with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, shower worked well, we used the washing machine and it was excellent, and the smart TV meant we could log into our own Amazon prime account.
−We didn’t realise there were so many steps - getting our bags up was really tough and we’d have struggled without help from the charming chaps who were staying in the house next door. Also, we deliberately booked something with parking so being on the street in any space we could find wasn’t quite what we expected.

“Fabulous apartment - great location and view - our favourite of our holiday by far”
+We loved this apartment which was our favourite of our trip. The terrace is outstanding with a gorgeous view and has very comfortable furniture for sitting out and shade overhead. The apartments position is so convenient to walk to everywhere and yet is unbelievably quiet. The lounge sofa is also comfortable and the beds. We would definitely book again
−A few little extras would make it a little more homely like a bedside table, lamp and a charging point in the main bedroom and smaller bedrooms and mirror in the small toilet. Also an instruction manual for the cooker etc would be good. The property is up a lot of steps but this didn’t put us off. Otherwise you wouldn’t get the great view Parking can be difficult on the road but we managed to find somewhere every time. The host is very responsive too.

+This place is perfect
−Nothing we didn’t like about it. Yes, it’s on a hill, yes, it has steps, but that is one of the reasons it’s so perfect. The Terrace and the view is just fantastic.

+Great location with easy access to the castle and restaurants yet quiet. Fantastic view, lots of open outdoor space and sunshine. Ultra clean and tastefully decorated.
−A little hard to find and parking could be difficult but property owner was there to manage this.

“As good as the photos if not better”
+A beautiful modern apartment with excellent quality appliances and everything you need for a short or long break. The balcony is amazing, it's large and the views as good as they look in the photos. You're quite close to the first Marjan viewing platform with views over the harbour. Location is fabulous. You're 10 minutes walk from the old town Split centre, and there are bars and restaurants a few minutes away off Marasovića ul. You're far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle - the old town gets very busy, but close enough to get there easily if you don't mind steps and a hill. The aerobic workout from the steps might not be to everyone's liking so be aware it can't be avoided, the road is at the bottom so you will have to carry luggage up those steps. The aircon was very good, kept the whole flat cool. There are 2 units in the kitchen and seating areas. Leaving the bedroom doors just slightly ajar kept the rooms cool too. Ivan was super responsive too, any queries he came back quickly. We'd have taken less luggage if we'd realised how efficient the washing machine and dryer would be! Tip - phone map app claimed that Tommy was the closest Supermarket but Konzum seemed closer
−Only minor observations. Could have been more information on a few things - position of the key box, walked past it first time and had to hunt around (it's just outside the gate at the top of the stairs, to the right side as you walk up), the timed switch for the outside lights is just on the inside of the gate to the right. The double bedroom is compact with little extra space and no bedside table if you like a book or glass of water to hand. Mirrors in the bedrooms would also be handy. But you don't stay here for the size of the bedrooms, this is about the outside space.

“Beautiful clean apartment, huge terrace with gorgeous view!”
+Perfect walkable location to the old town, amazing huge terrace overlooking the harbor and old town. Very clean with new furnishings in a newer building that felt safe and secure. Very kind property managers were helpful and understanding when my son was sick. We appreciated the wine and juice they provided! You won't regret booking. Note that the black door in the back of the building leads to the stairwell up to the apartment- it took us a minute to figure that out.
−Note that the air conditioning units are in the living area, so bedroom doors need to be open for proper airflow. The second bathroom has just a toilet and sink but no mirror, so it is not useful for doing makeup, hair, etc. (There is a large mirror in the sitting room.) Street parking here (like most tourist areas in Croatia,) is terrible so be mentally prepared or better yet, don't bring a car as it is not very necessary.
