“Nice apartment but a little far away from civilisation”
+Lovely modern, quiet and airy bungalow/apartment with lots of space inside and out. Great bathroom with washing machine. Great little super market in easy walking distance, well stocked and very friendly people.
−The location was a little disappointing. We wanted to be away from too much noise and goings on but the property is really in the middle of nowhere. You have to walk or hire a bike to get anywhere without a car. The beach nearest the property is a fair way away on foot and certainly not the nicest on the island! The water is shallow and rough. The whole island was pretty windy when we visited.

+very nice, clean and comfortable app., window sites were very helpful and so was a washing machine. We were allowed to stay until evening when we had a night flight back home. Thank you.
−the background seating could be arranged nicer, but we didn't use it much anyway.

“Pleasant”
+The property was fully equipped for a long stay and was close by the beach. It was very quiet as it's a standalone small ground floor apartment without any neighbors causing any noise. The host provided also shower essentials for a long stay and the kitchen was fully equipped for someone to cook. Internet connection was fine.
−One thing that I thought would be provided was regular cleaning but it wasn't the case. There was not even once in the 11 days stays that someone cleaned the house. However, there were spare towels and bedsheets in the drawers available for us to change them. The apartment was meant for 3 adults and includes 1 double bed which had a mattress with springs making it very pointy and uncomfortable and the bedframe was short and even though I am not tall my legs could touch the edge of the bedframe. In addition the width of the bedframe wad not suitable for 2 people to sleep. The 3rd person slept on a sofa-bed which had a gap in the middle when fully extended and was not even in terms of balance. It was inclined towards one direction making it difficult to sleep either in the middle or in one of the two sides. Unfortunately, there were ants in the house making it difficult to leave any food outside of the fridge and they would be climbing even on the sofa of the living room if they would sense any food, making it unbearable sometimes. “Appartamento spazioso e carino”
+Appartamento ben arredato e spazioso, in generale l'appartamento era pulito, ampi spazi in tutte le stanze, cucina completa di tutto. Posto auto coperto e ampio spazio esterno, sia scoperto che coperto con sedie e tavolo. La posizione è centrale sull'isola e permette di raggiungere in 30-40 minuti massimo tutte le zone principali e circa 25 minuti Kos Town. C'è un market abbastanza fornito a due minuti a piedi, più altri a pochi minuti di auto. L'appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla e lontano da strade principali, vicino ad una sola abitazione e circondata da campi. Cuscini di diversi tipi e comodi, cosi come il materasso.
−La lavatrice necessita di una pulizia, specialmente nella guarnizione. C'erano delle ragnatele negli angoli bassi della cucina e una grande nella sedia in cucina. Non c'è un vero e proprio stendino per i panni, ma solo qualche cavo nel portico esterno che ho dovuto pulire perché molto sporco. Problema principale è la presenza di formiche che entrano in cucina, probabilmente c'è una fessura da cui passano attraverso il piano vicino ai fornelli, purtroppo ho dovuto utilizzare giornalmente spray per le formiche.

“A great and comfortable stay in Kos”
+The apartment is modern, spacious and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower very big and spacious. We really enjoyed our time there and felt at home. The host was always very kind and available via WhatsApp, and whenever we had a question or a small issue, she was quick to help us.
−The only minor downside was the washing machine: unfortunately, after using it, we noticed some rust stains on a few of our clothes. Apart from this inconvenience, everything else was great and we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend the apartment!
