+One of the warmest and most welcoming hosts we have met in a long, long time! They made us feel so comfortable and at home from the very beginning. Their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality truly made our stay special. Our 2.5-year-old was especially fond of them, which says a lot! The apartment was absolutely perfect - spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we could possibly need, and even more than we had hoped for. There was also a lovely little play area for our son, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The location is beautiful, too, making the whole experience even more special. We have stayed in many places, but it is the warmth of these hosts that we will remember the most. People like them make travelling such a wonderful experience. We would love to come back and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

+I had a wonderful stay with Kostenzer family at their beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean , with all amenities. Location was excellent for the view and the walk . Just 5 to 7 mins to go down to SPAR and not more than 10 to 12 mins to come up as its lil steep. Would surely come back again.
−My stay was v short for this fairy tale Alpine village

“A beautiful traditional apartment, spotlessy clean and close to centre.”
+We were a family of four (two nine year old boys) and the apartment was spacious for us to have room in the wet weather. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the showers were great. The balcony overlooking the town was lovely for a morning coffee, even in the rain. It was nice to enjoy a stay in a traditional house, especially for our young boys. The walk down to the town is short but steep. We didn't mind the exercise. The town had a lovely pub with live music and good food but the apartment also has decent cooking facilities. The bakery was closed but also looked great. Included in the stay was the card for the cable cars. Thank you Erna for a lovely stay.

+Appartement situé dans les hauteurs d’Alpbach. Hôtes très gentils, cuisine propre et bien fournie. Très belle vue depuis le balcon
−La SDB est vieillotte et le débit d’eau est vraiment faible
