−The property is very old and the floors creak when you walk. The kitchen is not stocked with tea or coffee.

“Property manager never gave use the code to get in.”
+My family and I got there and couldn’t get in. Almi the property manager never sent the code for the door. Ww stood outside for over 3 hours with my 3yr old granddaughter. Had to find another place to stay and everything was booked took us over an hour and another Uber ride so more money spent.

+I actually liked the location. We were really close to Howard University and not too far from food.
−The fan in the main living space has clumps of dust, there is not stove or oven, the second bathroom tub needs to be refinished, the bedding didn’t look as clean as the towels.

“Not for vacation.”
+I liked getting out of there. I liked talking to the police officers that were stationed across the street. I talked to a resident there to find out about parking.
−Stayed one night and left the next morning. Shelled out almost $800 and drove over 650 miles for a nightmare rental that we did not stay at except the one night. No parking was a big issue. My wife had already booked it before she realized that there was no parking on the property and at the time it said not refundable so we thought that we had little choice but to go. Since then booking.cm has changed it to refundable. You have to have a special parking permit that apparently is for people who live there to park around that area unless you want a ticket. The laundry mat next door has a warning sign of being towed if you park there and are not doing your laundry. Saw big rats running around outside. The area was rough and kinda ghetto location. The stairs are steep. We were being watched through cameras and not sure if they were in the house. Floor tiles would sink as I stepped on them and the metal separator to bedroom was popped up. Not safe. There was no oven with a stove. The air conditioning is controlled by the owner. You can not adjust it yourself and the owner will have to do it virtually. +There were good kitchen supplies and the lock was safe and easy to use. The TV was good.
−The floor was crooked and went up and down. The towels and dishes were dirty. There wasn’t enough toilet paper and the sheets on the bed were dirty. The pillow gave me an eye infection.

−A little grubby, no hot water in the kitchen, sink did not drain well in the kitchen, no sink plug in the kitchen making it difficult to wash dishes, no idea where or how to get rid of trash.

−The corner room needs black out blinds and it is the noisiest room next to the busy road. My son didn’t mind it though.
