+We had a really nice time in this apartment. It is located in the city centre, everything is in walking distance (10 minutes to Monastiraki and to Syntagma). There is a kitchen with a fridge and an air conditioning. There are some good restaurants nearby for a breakfast.

“Excellent apartment and location from my short Athens Stay”
+The location and the price were excellent. Shopping, Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, and 7 archeological sites all within walking distance. Apartment is in the textile district, so not shiny and new, but the streets were busy at night, so I felt safe walking to get dinner and back from the museums after dark. The wifi was free and worked great, there was a smart TV and a kitchenette that was fully stocked. A lot of restaurants nearby were very inexpensive. The host was very attentive and responsive via messaging, addressing all questions within minutes. As an American who had never been to Greece I had a few questions about how to work things, and he answered immediately.
−Couple issues in bathroom with wobbly faucet, missing button on toilet, but nothing that didn't function. Also, a bit of an issue locating where key was as the picpicture sent looked slightly different than the actual building. The other things were because I am American and locks, elevators, and electricity work differently there😅

“great location”
+clean accommodation in a great location, loads of bars and restaurants close by and about 20 min walk to all the major sites of athens.
−we stayed for five nights - this doesn't seem to be a serviced apartment, so I probably wouldn't stay any longer as there's no fresh towels etc provided. for a short term stay though, it's perfect.

“Central, Practical, Quiet”
+Perfect location: close to everything yet super-quiet. The apartment was clean and functional, we stayed 5 nights and we always felt comfortable
−If I had to find a flaw, the view from the window, but to be honest the position helped keeping the apartment fresh
