“We had a good time and managed to get round the issues mentioned which weren’t major In themselves. With a little effort”
+It’s central location, quiet area, no cleanliness issues, and more than spacious except for the size of the second bedroom. The second bathroom was a big positive factor as well. Extended checkout time was appreciated.
−The furniture was medieval. It cries out for a makeover. The main bed needed a high jumper to get onto to it although it was comfortable once you manage abseiling on to it. The single bedroom had no functional lighting with the ceiling light missing the light bulb. We had to juggle around a floor standing lamp to get some light in the room. Perhaps some coffee, tea and some mineral water would have been much appreciated for new visitors coming late in the day (The coffee in the can available in the kitchen had almost solidified and we dared not use. Better to throw it away.) Access to the apartment required repeated ringing to get the owner’s attention which wasn’t pleasant standing in the rain in a dimly lit street. No lift could be an issue for some, being situated on the 3 floor but we knew about that.

+Excellent location and nice apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lots of room for two people. Very goid communication with owner, she was friendly and answered fast to our questions. Strong recommendation!
−The only thing that shiuld be changed are the very low dining table chairs.

“Very good”
+The apartment is in an excellent location and below is a great bakery Tinas. Its a short walk to the train station and the ferries and is in the centre of town. It felt like a very safe area. The apartment is a great size for 5 people and the master bedroom bed was amazing. The hosts instructions for check in were great and we had good communication. A great place to stay when visiting Lake Como
−The WiFi had some issues, and we didn't have hot water as that weekend there was a general problem with the buildings plumbing.

+- Great Location - Good price for 2 bed apartment in centre of Como - Amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. She made check in really easy.
−- It was quite unclean. There were stains on the towels, sofa and chairs. There was also an off smell from the fridge. - The single bed in the second bedroom was quite uncomfortable.

“On the whole it was a pleasant stay as the apartment was very roomy and comfortable.”
+The host was waiting for us to show us where keys were and gave us a tour of the apartment. Explaining to us the different things that we needed to know. Lots of lovely art pieces around the apartment.
−Putting the keys back into the lock box was very fiddly and took a while as the main key was very big. The combo oven caused the overload switch to trigger. The bed was very high.

“Superb”
+The self check-in was perfect prepared, even in the late night because of a flight delay. The location was very good. The property has 2 bathrooms and it was a great advantage. It had everything was needed to stay reasonably comfortable for 2 nights. Below is a bakery and early in the morning we could smell the fresh baked croissants.
−We arrived very late and in the property was only one duvet and 2 sheets sets for 3 beds, so 2 guests had to sleep without any duvet and it was very cold. It were only 2 rooms prepared and sheets for only 2 beds, but we were 3 not related people and needed 3 rooms and 3 different beds, and didn't find nowhere in the property spare sheets and duvets. For the second night everything was O.K. and good prepared, after we asked the owner, and we were very thankful to her. The furniture was very sparse, the chairs were not functional but rather decorative.

“Great apartment at perfect location in Como with an amazing owner.”
+The apartment was pretty, well-equipped and at the perfect location in Como. Opening the window in the morning, we could directly smell the pastries in the coffee below us and were part of the city center life. It is 3 min away from the dome and 10 min from the lake. The owner was incredibly nice. She even helped us out when we managed to lock our friend inside the apartment. Tanks for an amazing time in Como.

“Excelente ubicación, tiene todos los servicios para corta estancia.”
+Ubicación perfecta centro Como. Corta distancia embarcadero, estación, servicios. Ale muy servicial y comunica bien en todo momento. Flexibilidad con horario de salida. Dos baños bien dotados con todo lo necesarios. Cocina y comedor con todo lo necesario para unos dias. Limpio. Amplio. Fotos muy fieles a la descripción. Recomendable.
−Como pequeño detalle, la cama de la habitacion pequeña es muy pequeña y algo incomoda. La cama de la habitación principal esta muy elevada y es algo incomoda. Es un pequeño detalle a mejorar. La habitación pequeña necesita mas iluminación y enchufes. El WIFI se va a menudo y hay que reiniciar routre pero no es problema del propietario. Pequeños detalles que no impiden una estancia agradable para unos dias en Como.

−L'appartamento non era molto pulito,il letto singolo terribilmente scomodo, durissimo e rumoroso, mancava qualsiasi cosa di prima accoglienza, caffè, zucchero, tisane...e purtroppo data la posizione centralissima, ci sono stati schiamazzi, musica alta fino a tardi e viavai di ragazzi maleducati che urlavano.
