−As soon as we entered a two bed bedroom, we sensed a smell of mold. It turns out that the mold was coming from outside the window, which was facing directly into some sort of a basement. It wasn’t shown in the listing that the window would be facing straight to the wall. The room was hot, no air, and you couldn’t open the window, since the smell would become unbearable. Whole apartment also had a smell of mold, outside there are tables, which allowed people to smoke there and the smell of ciggaretes would go through the windows. During the whole week the staff didn’t change the towels.

−Uncomfortable stay,needs basic updates and better maintenance Stayed for four nights during peak summer. The property felt old, dingy, and had spiders/bugs. Bedrooms were extremely hot with no AC or fan, and windows couldn't be opened due to a lack of bug nets. The bed was short with a hard, uneven mattress that sank at the edges, and the flat pillows and scratchy, heavy comforters made sleeping very difficult. Basic kitchen amenities like paper towels, salt, and pepper were also missing.

−Location was on the edge of town, lucky we had a car. Beds were uncomfortable like sleeping on cardboard. Decor needs updating, yes this is visible on pics when you book but opening cupboards and wardrobes and being hit by a waft of musky old smell isn't visible! The apartment smells old and worn. Felt like a cabin in the woods from the 80s. We booked via Booking.com but had to continue via Muse.com, annoying process but staff available on WhatsApp to help.

+A large space with good facilities and good access to the slopes. Clean and good value for money. Ski storage and bus passes are also provided :)
−No salt or pepper, the water pressure in the shower was very low and the beds were not super comfy and sunken in.

“Perfect ski holiday in gorgeous Italy.”
+Hotel attractive & comfortable. Coffee & tea available in adorable breakfast nook. Facilities available to cook meals. Kind hosts. Easy bus ride to ski area (free bus passes provided). Free passes provided to beautiful public pool (steam room & indoor & outdoor whirlpool & swimming pool, & kids pool). Great skiing every day. Delicious food & drinks throughout area.
