−Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, brak papieru toaletowego, konieczność wyniesienia po sobie śmieci, brak deski do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, która była bardzo głośna bo za chwilę się zepsuje, jeden brudny ręcznik.

+Lo único bueno del apartamento es la ubicación por lo demás todo pésimo.
−El Aire acondicionado del salón no servía en todo el sentido de la palabra, el de la habitación medio enfriaba. Y lo peor nadie llegó nunca a repararlo en los 4 días que estuvimos alojados, solo te contestaba una IA por WhatsApp y por el Chat del alojamiento que la incidencia estaba reportada, la reserva era para 3 personas y los 3 tuvimos que dormir en la misma cama y misma habitación debido al calor que había en el salón y no se podía ocupar el sofá cama, en el cuarto de baño había un mal olor horrible.

+Although our check-in time was 3:00 PM, they forgot to leave the room key in the lockbox. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them, we were left waiting outside the property for about two hours. When we finally got into the room, there was no TV remote, the bed sheets were incomplete, and a pillow was missing. These issues made our stay very disappointing. I was not satisfied with the service at all and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

−C'est de loin la pire expérience que j'ai eue avec un hébergement. Nous sommes arrivées à Malaga tard le soir, avec ma fille, après une journée de voyage très fatigante. Nous nous étions levées très tôt, avions eu plusieurs escales et n'avions qu'une seule envie : entrer dans l'appartement et nous reposer. Malheureusement, en suivant les instructions pour récupérer les clés, nous avons constaté que celles-ci ne correspondaient pas à la porte de l'appartement. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l'agence, mais pendant près de deux heures, la personne au téléphone ne comprenait pas le problème et continuait à nous demander de réessayer. Finalement, quelqu'un est venu nous ouvrir la porte. En revanche, cette personne est repartie avec la clé, ce qui signifiait que nous ne pouvions plus quitter l'appartement sans risquer de ne plus pouvoir y rentrer. Cette situation est totalement inacceptable. Après un voyage aussi long et fatigant, nous avons perdu deux heures devant la porte en pleine nuit, avec un enfant, à cause d'une erreur qui n'était pas de notre fait. Ce manque d'organisation et de professionnalisme a complètement gâché le début de notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergem
