“10 minutes walk from Levanto station in a quiet residential area made it the perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque”

“A perfect family holiday apartment.”
+We had a perfect 11 day holiday here. This is a lovely characterful apartment and a good size for 4 of us - we had space to avoid each other when needed! Location: The location is great - it’s in a quieter area of town but still only 5 mins to the nearest shop and the best gelateria (essential with children!) and a relaxed 10 mins into the centre. We could easily walk to one part of the public beach in 4 mins but the best bits were still less than a 15 min stroll. We got the train from Pisa and the station is also close by - we used it loads to sightsee whilst there. Facilities: Everything we could have needed was there (except a bread knife!). It all felt very clean and well looked after. When we had a problem with the WiFi we were able to contact them easily to get it sorted. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space to unpack into. The shutters meant everything was perfectly dark at night and (essentially) the air con was fantastic!

“Perfect location in a cozy town”
+Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Nice to sit on a balcony in the mornings and evenings to enjoy the view over the area and a little bit of the sea. The AC was perfect for extremely hot summer days. The location was good since it was close to the beach and the city with the shops and restaurants. The area was quite. The owner was quick to help when we had some issues with WiFi. We’ve stayed for 8 nights and it was convenient to use the washing machine.
−Some things needed to be fixed, I hope the owner will use my feedback for the improvements. The kids thought that their beds weren’t so comfortable but the adult bed was comfortable to sleep in.

“We still had a wonderful time. Everyone we met was very nice”

−Hot water was not turned on until second day when we asked. no extra towels, no hand soap, very little toilet paper. Bare minimum . No extra effort was made in the unit to make us feel welcome . Was told we would betaken to another close by parking facility if our car did not fit in the underground. He sent a friend to take us to a parking spot, on the street, far away, with no way to get back to our unit. Until I asked , he then went and got a vehicle to drive us back. Giovanni was very nice. He was just helping out the host. But when we needed to leave and pick up our car, the host was not helpful. Told us that they helped us because they were being kind, and had jobs of their own. Until I made it clear, we did not know where the car was parked, did not even have an address. Then he sent a map to get us to our car. Very frustrating

“4th time in Levanto, and one of the best times”
+Very nice flat, fully air conditioned, great landlord, immediate reply to calls, messages, etc., helpful and friendly :-) close to town center but very quiet at night, very close to the beach
−Parking lot was good, but careful with the size of the car; Audi Q5 was difficult, but Riccardo helped with everything and navigated through the basement

“Très bien situé et agréable”
+Appartement spacieux et propre, dans un petit immeuble au calme. Très bien équipé. La Clim est récente et silencieuse. On peut réserver une place de parking au sous-sol (difficile par contre avec une voiture imposante). Tout s’est bien passé pour la remise des clés. Appartement très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville, de la plage et de la gare pour aller visiter les cinq terres. On a tout à pied. Levanto est une petite cité balnéaire très agréable.

+Excelente ubicación. Apartamento muy amplio y práctico, bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Cocina funcional con menaje completo para cocinar y disfrutar de una gustosa cena. Con dos terrazas que permiten aprovechar los últimos rayos de sol tomando un aperitivo.
−Las camas no eran muy cómodas, y los muebles en general, aún estando en buen estado, eran antiguos. La entrada y salida del garaje son bastante estrechas y hay con poco margen de maniobra, y el tamaño de las plazas es muy justo.

+- Locatie is goed. Ligt op max 10 min lopen van het treinstation van Levanto waar je makkelijk de trein pakt naar een van de 5 dorpjes (5terre) Op de weg van en naar het station kom je een kleine supermarkt tegen, een drogist en café voor ontbijt. - appartement is ruim en schoon! (Mijn foto's zijn screenshots van een filmpje dat ik maakte van de kamer. Dus helaas niet goede kwaliteit waardoor het beeld niet goed tot zijn recht komt)

“Agréable, confortable et bien situé”
+Situation parfaite. Levante est une ville accessible, calme et bien située pour visiter les Cinque Terre. L'appartement était vaste, propre et bien situé. Ricardo était très accessible.
−Tout ce qui est lingerie : torchons, linges à vaisselle, serviettes étaient en nombre un peu trop réduit. Pas de porte savon dans la douche.
