−🤮🚨 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT BLUE BAY ASIA, AIN SOKHNA , POOR HYGIENE, NEGLECT AND EXTRA MONEY DEMANDS! Our stay at Blue Bay Asia, Ain Sokhna, was extremely disappointing. The property suffers from poor maintenance, inadequate cleanliness and a lack of attention to basic guest needs. 🛏️ DISGUSTING BEDDING: The bed sheets were so dirty and unpleasant that we couldn't bring ourselves to sleep in the bed. We had to sleep on the living room sofas, using cushions and blankets that smelled musty and stale. This is absolutely unacceptable for paid accommodation. 🚽 POOR BATHROOM HYGIENE: There was mold at the bottom of the bathroom wall, and the toilet was dirty and in poor condition. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard, not something guests have to worry about. 👟 OUR SHOES WERE DAMAGED: Near the beach and sea, we found a black, sticky substance resembling tar or an unknown chemical on the floor. It damaged our shoes, including my wife´s white Off-White sneakers. Leaving an unidentified substance in an area used by guests is unacceptable and raises concerns about safety. 🌊 CONCERNS ABOUT THE BEACH AND POSSIBLE OIL CONTAMINATION: We also discovered black, shiny, oily substan

“Stay was nice overall”
+Mr. Mahmoud the host was very respectable and decent Facilities at the front gate of the village Beach Pools Chalet was nice
−Chalet cleanliness (housekeeping service isn't good) Beds' Mattresses were too hard and not comfortable Chalet is missing some kitchen utensils (spoons, forks and knives) Chalet is missing basket in both bathroom and bedroom Cupboard in bedroom was blocked with many items (blankets, bed sheets, etc...) so we were not able to use it

+The resort is in an excellent location and offers a great family friendly experience. The aqua park was a major highlight and my children enjoyed it very much. The swimming pools are clean and conveniently located near the chalet. The beach is beautiful, with soft sandy shores that are safe and suitable for children. Overall, the resort provides a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities for families.
−Nothing significant. Everything was well organized, clean, and met our expectations. We had a very pleasant stay.

+بصراحة المكان تحفة ونضيف وكل حاجة موجودة في الشالية والشاطئ جوه القرية وقريب جدا وكل بلوك له حمام سباحه خاص اطفال وكبار وأكوا بارك وماركت ومطاعم وكافيهات عند بوابة القرية وكلها عائلات محترمة وطبعاً د سالي المالك في منتهى الاحترام والذوق والتعاون ووفرت كل حاجه
−أعتقد إن السعر ممكن يقل شوية عن كده دي بس الملاحظة اللي عندي
