“Two bedroom, two bath apartment in an excellent location”
+This apartment is in a very good location, in a quiet area, yet within a short walking distance to the centre/Florence Cathedral/Ponto Vecchio etc. The place was clean, the staff was helpful and fast in replying. I recommend this apartment.
−The only thing missing was the TV, although to be fair it is not listed in the amenities either.

“A nice apartment but the owners should have been upfront about the current issues with it”
+It is in a great location and a short walk from all of the main sites and areas in Florence. The hosts are responsive via their WhatsApp business account. The temperature control is very good in the building and the air con all worked. Lots of good food options nearby and the apartment comes with all the equipment you would need to cook. Showers have good pressure and the temperate is easy to control.
−We arrived at around 3.15 after a day of travel but could not get into the property as the cleaner was running late and was inside and not answering the door. We eventually got in around 50 minutes later after waiting when the topless male cleaner opened the door - the hosts did try to get in touch with the cleaner but they were ignoring for some reason. When we booked there was no mention of there being works taking place in the apartment upstairs until after we had paid the full amount. What this meant was that lots of plaster was constantly falling down into the apartment covering everything in it which is not ideal - and of course the work meant that the workers began with drills etc. at 8am. though not at the weekend There was an issue with ants in one of the rooms though do appreciate it is an old building. My friend decided to move to another venue for the final night of our stay as this issue was worse in her room and this was where the majority of the plaster was falling. I do think the hosts should have been upfront about the works.

+Localização central. Roupa limpa e limpeza geral do apartamento foi aceitável.
−Na entrada inicial havia um cheiro a velho ou talvez a tabaco. As tomadas nem sempre funcionavam.

“Limpieza deficiente”
−Había hormigas en el apartamento en las paredes y en la cafetera, una de las mamparas de una ducha estaba rota, la otra se salía agua y en las paredes había humedades.

−Nehéz megközelíteni ZTL miatt. RENGETEG HANGYA. De tényleg. Nem lehet kint hagyni semilyen ételt 2 percig, mert ellepik.

“Excelente ubicación muy practica”
+La ubicación lo mejor, el apartamento esta bien. Camas muy cómodas.
−Se alquila para 6 personas y tiene solo 2 sartenes diminutas? (Tamaño huevo frito) menaje de cocina muy escaso en general. El apartamento y la escalera huelen un poco cloaca. Nada grave pero cuando entras de fuera se nota. La ventana pequeña del comedor tiene moho negro y había 2 silla rotas. Necesita algo de mimo porque esta genial ubicado y es un buen apartamento. Es una pena.

+Appartement très bien situé avec parking à proximité.
−Apparemment très bruyant car mal insonorisé. Beaucoup de circulation dans la rue et location du dessous très bruyante à 2 reprises. Une aération plus adaptée serait un plus. Il y avait de la moisissure dans l’appartement. Un bon coup de propre serait à faire (hôte, poussière etc)
