“Excellent accomodation in Catania”
+Our accommodation in the very heart of Catania impressed us on many levels. The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to the city center, with parking garages located right nearby. Above all, our host, Giovanni, was pleasant, accommodating, and always ready to help; he provided plenty of useful tips for our time in Catania, and communication with him was warm and transparent. We highly recommend this wonderful place to stay.

“Good location and nice apartment once inside.”
+Apartment is very well kept and the owners keep in contact with you at all times, from a day prior to your arrival. We had no issues whatsoever.
−The location is great as it is a walking distance from many restaurants and the city centre. The only thing we did not like is the surrounding area's upkeeping- a lot of rubbish around, buildings needs restorations etc. However, this has nothing to do with the apartment itself as once inside, it is very nice, clean and well-kept. So, it shouldn't keep you back from renting out the place. Area is very safe and close to attractions.

“Lovely property, I highly recommend it with the kind and friendly host.”
+The property was lovely, it was clean and spacious with plenty of room for 6 girls (friends). The location was an easy walk to restaurants in the evenings, to shops and for seeing the sights of Catania. There’s 3 double beds, and the hosts kindly made up the sofa bed as we had a snorer who wanted to sleep in a separate room. Having 2 bathrooms with a shower in each one was great. The host Giovanni was lovely to communicate with, he got in touch early and was very helpful with any questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would stay there again if visiting with friends again.
−Everything was good - I suggested to the hosts that it would be useful to label the bins as there’s lots of them for separating the rubbish but not clear what went in each (unless we missed something)

“Great for a big group”
+The apartment is so spacious, spotless clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms are big and the common area is spacious enough to fit everyone together. We were a group of 8 and we loved our stay. Giovanni is so kind and helpful and was always available for questions and tips.

+Perfect for a weekend trip or a week trip. The owner was very nice and responded quickly. We enjoyed it very much and recommended. The outside does look a bit rough but everywhere’s like that in italy so dont be fooled.

+Appartamento molto pulito, molto spazioso, fornito del necessario, compresi saponi da bagno e detersivi I rubinetti e le docce funzionano bene, il che non è sempre scontato purtroppo Situato in posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi sia il centro che ristoranti o altri locali Parcheggio disponibile anche proprio sotto casa Devo sottolineare la super gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, il sig. Giovanni Ci ha fatto trovare all' arrivo alcune cose sfiziose ben disposte sul tavolo e acqua in frigo Ci ha dato diversi consigli ben accettati

“Appartamento spazioso e comodo”
+Appartamento molto molto carino, pulito, camere spaziose, entrambi i bagni con doccia. I nostri padroni di casa gentilissimi e molto disponibili. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona più viva di Catania ma in una posizione comunque silenziosa.
