“Will surely recommend this place”
+Passable and the accommodation is great and affordable. Ate Liza is very welcoming and assisted us throughout our stay. The room is clean, the kitchen is available anytime.
−Hot shower/water is not working. Nonetheless we enjoy our overall stay.

“great place, but needs some love put back into it”
+great location, easy to find and shared facilities were great, staff on site were very helpful and understanding even with some minor issues.
−water pressure and hot water service not working a lot of the time so expect to use a tabo. if you have a heavy suitcase be ready to use some stairs for the top floor room. the remote for the tv was not in the room, we did get a universal replacement but it was not good

“Well its ok but bathroom/toilet perhaps needs some renovation.”
+Location is good which is along the highway. Parking in front. Wifi is ok. Property is clean but old. The caretaker is nice.
−I didnt like the shower aside from the heater that doesnt work,the bathroom is a bit old. Maybe it's time it gets renovated. The aircon in one of the rooms splashes once you max it.

“Disappointing but the owner is great”
+The owner was accommodating. She guided us on how to get inside our room.
−The caretaker was almost nowhere to be found. Yes we might have arrived earlier than the expected time but shouldn't she anticipate us since we paid our booking? I mean you know you had a booking, shouldn't you prepare in advance and think ahead that the visitors might come in advance. We were waiting for like almost an hour before the real owner assisted us online on how to check-in ourselves inside the room. The TV is not working, the wifi is not working as well. The caretaker said the TV have password so they can't open it and the remote cannot be found as well. She said the wifi cannot reach our room once the door is closed. The CR is filled with cobwebs and spiders are swarming near the shower head. It smelled filthy since there is no deodorizer inside the CR. We checked out ourselves because we cannot find the caretaker no matter how many times we knocked on her door.
