+We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Split. The location was extremely convenient, and the apartment itself was beautiful, very clean, and recently renovated. The two rooms were comfortable and well arranged, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including kitchenware, bed linen, towels, and even shower gel. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. He came personally to greet us and even treated us to wine and local liqueur, which was such a lovely touch and something you rarely experience in Airbnb apartments. Overall, a very well-maintained, stylish, clean, and comfortable apartment with a wonderful host. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

−The rental had MAJOR construction going on right next door. At 6 am, the construction started. There was no sleeping past 6. The construction has been going for for at least a year, but there was no notification in the Booking.com summary. So the owner did NOT disclose this. The parking is TERRIBLE and should not be considered part of the rental. We were using the street every night. This rental is a four floor walk up, no elevator. We were traveling with a disabled person and it was a problem. Lastly, the only view of the Adriatic is a very slim view from one window. The pictures posted by the owner are NOT accurate.

+Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes, az apartman jól tagolt 4-5 fő is kényelmesen elfér benne.
−Teljességgel elfogadhatatlan hogy egy több mint 4 éve tartó szálloda építése amely alig pár méterre az apartmantól történik a szállásadó szempontjából mellékes körülmény és úgy érzi hogy ez nem az ő felelőssége. Ahogy az apartman nevében is olvasható "adriatic blue view" jelen esetben annyit jelent hogy a teraszról ugyan oldalt ki lehet látni a tengerre de reggel 7:00 órától légkalapácsra, porra munkagépekre és egész napos lármára, építési zajra kell kelnünk és értelmezhetetlen ennek fényében a kilátás. Az hogy erről a tulajdonos semmilyen módon nem tájékoztat elfogadhatatlan! Alig 2 napra mentünk, igy már nem is volt lehetőség máshova átmenni, amikor ez az első reggelen kiderült.

+Hyggelig vert som møtte oss ved ankomst. Leiligheten ligger sentralt til med kort avstand til gamlebyen. Matbutikk i samme bygning, som er veldig beleilig. Lys og fin leilighet.
