+The location was walkable if you can handle steep hills. We liked the physical challenge.
−The check in was handled by someone who didn't speak english so we spoke with David on the phone with a poor connection and each time he said he'd come around to handle something he didn't show up. He overcharged us on parking and then tried to justify it by saying he never charged for our small dog, despite us clearly searching and booking a dog acceptable accommodation. The pool caused repeated rashes on both of my children. Overall, if you are staying for one night might be better but, we stayed for a week and would have appreciated a cleaner pool and not personally dealing with the properties ant problem and less than honest host, who doesn't show face when he said he would.

+Die Lage ist für unsere Ansprüche perfekt. Etwas erhöht und somit mit tollem Ausblick auf Hafen, Meer und Porto Maurizio. Mit Auto oder Rad ist man in 5 Minuten am Meer. Dabei sehr ruhig ohne die Hektik direkt am Meer. Genau wie wir es uns wünschen.
−Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier. Insofern keine Kritikpunkte...

−Le matériel vieillissant autour de la piscine mais aussi partout autour de la maison. Terrasse ouverte pas d’intimité 20 euros /journée pour une place de parking (qui n’est pas un parking).

+Rein nichts. ⚠️ Es war unser schlimmstes Erlebnis seit ich bei Booking buche.
−Die Unterkunft entsprach in keinem Punkt der Anzeige bei Booking. 2000 Euro für NICHTS! Schimmel an den Decken und in der Dusche. Verdreckte und angerostete Toiletten Artikel. Verdreckte Regale. Das Mobilar zusammen geschustert usw. Pool Landschaft ein Sammelsurium von Müll und defekten Liegestühlen. Der „Vermieter“ hatte kein Einsehen und war überaus unfreundlich, wollte die Mängel nicht mal sehen! Kann andere Rezessionen nur bestätigen!!!

−Nettoyage très approximatif, des fourmis partout dans les chambres jusqu’à même dans le lit. Un propriétaire très à cheval sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée sous prétexte de ménage qui est au final plus qu’approximatif, puis pas mal d’équipement cassé comme les douches.

+Lielisks skats uz jūru, baseinā silts ūdens, vairākas atpūtas terases, virtuve pietiekami aprīkota, lai gatavotu ēdienu uz vietas! Ir auto novietošanas stāvvieta, villas teretorijā par papildus maksu 20.- eur/dienā, kas nav iekļauta rezervācijā! Rekomendēju šo naksts mītni.
−Tas nav ka nepatika! Naktsmītne ir it kā tuvu pilsētai, bet bez mašīnas ir diezgan komplicēti nokļūt, augstu kalnā, Taxi ir pieejams 10-15.- eur līdz Oneglia vai Porto Mauricio, šo ir būtiski zināt!
