−The beddings and towels ware paid and it is not so clear on the reservation. So, I was aware of through the reviews. It would be a huge plus providing the beddings like any other accommodation in the same region!

+The location, the flat is in the city center.
−We saw that the sheets and towels weren't included but we were surprised of the price. 30 euros for two beds! It was expensive for just sheets. And one bed is good but the other is really not confortable. We can feel the spring.

“DISASTER AND NIGHTMARE”
+Nothing. It's a disaster. The host was late to the check-in time for 1 hour. We where in only after call to the police. (!!!) No wi-fi (or ,the host didn't show). No adapter for hair dryer.
−Nightmare! Worst experience in 10 years of using booking.com! Totally disorganised and badly mannered hostess. Was 1 hour late to hand over the keys (attached photo,). Made exaggerated demands to provide documents. As a result, we could only get into the paid flat after calling the police. It is a shame!

“Bella zona, meno la comunicazione con i proprietari”
+L'appartamento si trova in una bella zona, ben frequentata e tranquilla. Inoltre, il palazzo che lo ospita è davvero elegante.
−Gli host sono stati molto poco cortesi. Avevo richiesto la possibilità di late check in e mi è stata negata. Comprendo la difficoltà, ma non si sono mostrati minimamente flessibili nel trovare una soluzione alternativa. Mi hanno solo detto che se non avessi rispettato le condizioni di prenotazione, avrei perso i soldi. ATTENZIONE quindi. Conviene contattarli prima. La casa era pulita e ordinata. Tuttavia, dallo scarico della doccia sono usciti diversi piccoli animaletti... (vedere foto). In aggiunta, in bagno non c'era un adattatore utile a collegare l'asciugacapelli. Una disattenzione che conferma l'orientamento al profitto anzichè l'attenzione agli ospiti... peccato.

−/!\ A LIRE AVANT DE RÉSERVER OU AU MOMENT D’ENTRER ET PARTIR DE L’HÉBERGEMENT Après notre séjour, une demande de remboursement a été faite par l’établissement pour une assiette soi-disant cassée. Le montant de remboursement demandé est de 423€ !! Pour une assiette même en porcelaine c’est excessif. C’est une tentative de nous prendre de l’argent car en plus de ne pas avoir cassée cette assiette, nous n’avions même pas utilisé la cuisine lors de notre seule nuit dans le logement ayant mangé dehors… Soyez très vigilant avec ce propriétaire! /!\ La porte de l’immeuble est fermée et les clés sont de l’autre côté, nous avons du sonner chez les habitants de l’immeuble. Il serait peut-être à améliorer ou mettre la boîte à clé à cette étape là. Une couette pourrait être ajoutée. Il n’y a peu d’isolation et nous entendons beaucoup de bruits de voitures et de gens dans la rue.
