“Great location. Early days, developer needs to refine offering.”
+The location was ideal. Close to metro, shops, all the action. Excellent cafe just around the corner.
−Architecture on outside impressive. But no lift. Luckily we were allocated a room on L2. Internally it is let down by some poor planning. Bedroom for instance was crammed with two large beds, no room to move on edge. Trip hazard getting into bathroom.

+Everything ! There is so much thoughtfulness about this place. Everything is super functional and comfortable and it didn’t feel cramped in such a small space. The quality of bedding to the sweet note in the beginning, the Dyson vacuum, the yoga mat and massager and roller, a full stocked kitchen, hot water maker. The list goes on we loved our stay.

“Comfortable and convenient stay”
+The room was very nice, clean and spacious, exactly as advertised, if not better. There's a lot of appliance to make your stay very comfortable as well. Also, the location itself was very convenient being next to 2 stations and with access to multiple restaurants, convenient stores and being close to a nice area. The hosts were also very clear with their instructions about how to get there, how to get the keys, how to make use of luggage storage if needed and even for all their appliances.
−I wish there was an elevator, although I don't believe it's that bad going up the stairs with luggage. However, it could be a problem for those that have difficulties.

+We had a wonderful family trip. ACOE ASAKUSA boasts an excellent location, offering easy access to both Tawaramachi and Asakusa stations, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room size is suitable for a family of 3-4, and the inclusion of various appliances and kitchen facilities makes it convenient for longer stays.

+Excellent apartment at excellent locstion, close to the subway with Ginza line. 10 minutes walk from Asakusa vibrent center. I was there with a family of 6, as a base for tokyo tour - it was compact, but very convenient. The apartment is equipped with a Japanese attention to to the tiniest details. The owner was very responsive when messaging

+Exceptional service from the hosts who made it very easy and comfortable for us to stay with our six month old baby - thank you! Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location and easy check-in and check-out. They have thought of everything 😊
−Be aware that if you have small kids staying on the level above there can be some sound transfer through the ceiling but nothing that the hosts could have done differently! The property and street are otherwise very quiet.
