+The host was extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with any information you might need. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great if you want to visit Catania and Taormina. The street is very quiet and there are plenty of parking spaces.
−A minor issue was that some neighbors were a bit noisy.

+Situated in a charming location, the apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The space was well-maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals at our convenience, and the living area provided a cozy spot to relax.
−One minor drawback was the absence of direct sunlight on the balcony during this time of the year (the balcony faces north).

+Donatella was a very friendly and helpful host with flexible check-in time and prompt communication and help when needed. The apartment was spacious and clean, and there were local recommendations and other information which was very helpful. All in all, this was an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment.

+Certainement un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel avec un studio bien équipé situé dans un environnement paysager agréable, avec " cerise sur le gâteau " une vue magnifique sur la mer ionienne. Pas de boîtes à clé ici , l'hôte nous réserve un accueil chaleureux !

+Pokój przestronny z balkonem. Wygodne łóżko, pyszna kawa, leżaki ,stolik krzesełka na balkonie. Cudowny widok na morze i Wschód słońca. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko jak w domu. 10 minut do plaży kamienistej warto mieć buty.

“Charmant studio vue mer”
+Accueil excellent par Donatella qui nous a donné des conseils de visite. Elle est restée disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est neuf, très propre et très bien équipé, il dispose d'un beau balcon avec une superbe vue mer. Il se situe à quelques minutes à pied du port où l'on peut déguster de bons petits plats italiens. Le stationnement est facile devant la résidence. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet établissement.

+Гостеприимная хозяйка, нас встретили и заселили на несколько часов раньше по нашей просьбе, так как мы прилетели рано утром . В апартаментах есть все необходимое, хорошая кровать и балкон с отличным видом
−Немного мешала очень громкая входная дверь в подъезд, но это мелочи.

+L'appartamento è molto confortevole, pulito e in una zona tranquilla. C'era tutto il necessario per una buona colazione. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.
