“Location is great but there were a lot of minuses”
+Excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk to the Romanian Athenaeum. The building has an elevator, self-check-in. Large apartment area. There is a hairdryer, iron, washing machine.
−The toilet tank is leaking, water is constantly pouring and you have to manipulate the lid to stop the water. Hot water heats up slowly. On average, you have to wait 15 minutes. Once it never heated up and was cold. The booking conditions indicated a free bottle of wine and champagne - there were none. The owner also asked to pay city tax for 2 people for 2 days - 59 lei instead of 40 lei indicated in the booking conditions. Instructions for check-in were not sent 2 hours before check-in as promised. You have write to the owner early.

+Really big and beautiful apartment. Really well equiped and very comfortable. Totally recommended
−City tax was charged separately. Ideally it should be included in price to avoid the hassle of getting cash or doing an international tranfer

“I highly recommend the place, it is worth what you paid. Excellent location, very clean, very spacious, and with places”
+It was big, it is located in a nice neighborhood, the supermarket is pretty close, restaurants, etc.
−It needs some improvements, for the example, there wasn’t a hand towel in the bathroom, there isn’t a towel or wipes to clean the kitchen after you use it or enough towels to dry the dishes or your hands in the kitchen, also there isn’t a rack or somewhere to put the dishes to dry or after you wash them. Also, in the booking it’s advertised that there is one bottle of wine and champagne free, but there wasn’t. I don’t drink but why advertise something that you don’t have.

“Bükreşte çok güzel bir deneyim”
+Herşey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlara odanın hazırlanması konusundaki yardımlari için çok teşekkür ederim. Konum çok güzel. Havaalanından doğrudan 100 numaralı otobüsle binanın çok yakınındaki bir durağa ulaşmak mümkün. Binanın hemen altında Bükreşin yaygin zincir marketinin bir şubesi var. Yakınlarda bir çok restoran bulmak mümkün. Mutfakta ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey var. Daire güzel döşenmiş. Yataklar çarşaflar vb tertemizdi. Kısacası ailecek çok sevdik. Tekrar Bükreşe yolumuz düşerse burada kalmak isteriz.

−Konkrétan át sem tudtuk venni a szállást!Utazásaim közül a legszörnyűbb élmény ! Hónapokkal ezelőtt foglaltam.Érkezésünk előtt 2 nappal meg adtam az érkezésünk idejét,jóvá is lett hagyva.Felszállásunk előtt pedig jeleztem a szállás adónak hogy nem kaptunk még semilyen útmutatót a szállásunk átvételéhez.Mielőtt felszállt a gépünk stornózták a szállásunk arra hivatkozva hogy túlfoglaltság van .Semmiféle kommunikáció ! Este 11 órakor szállást kellet keresnünk ami 500€- 3000€ 1 éjszakára .Köszönjük szépen ezt a fantasztikus élményt !

“Svetingas butas arčiau dangaus”
+Butas puikioje vietoje, netoli senamieščio, patogus susisiekimas viešuoju transportu iki oro uosto ir iš jo. Tam pačiam pastate yra maisto prekių parduotuvė ir kelios kavinukės ir barai šalia. Butas septintame aukšte, kiek keistokas liftas, bet pasinaudojus pirmą kartą pripranti. Viduje labai jauku ir švaru, miegamąjame plati dvigulė lova, televizorius, spinta išėjimas į balkoną, svetainėje išskliedžiamoji sofa, didelis valgomasis stalas, televizorius, taip pat yra išėjimas į balkoną. Virtuvė maža, bet joje rasite viską ko reikia maisto gamybai ir patiekimui. Vonia/dušas ir tualetas viename, su visomis higienos priemonėmis.
