+The studio is wonderful, has everything you need. Very stylish and functional furniture, with an incredible view. It is located in the historical center on a quiet and pleasant street. The only drawback is the very difficult communication with the hosts, which stressed us a lot when opening and settling into the studio.

“Disappointing, considering that it was expensive, we were expecting a pleasant stay, but it wasn’t”
+Bright bedroom with nice rooftop views.
−NO SLEEP: There are a lot of parties outside - unbearably loud at night. Super loud until 4am or so… You won’t be able to sleep well. NO ACCESSIBILITY: 3 flights of stairs to the bedroom, too narrow for the suitcase. Broken elevator on checkout made us hike 5 floors with luggage! POOR SUPPORT: Difficult check-in. Had to file police registration ourselves. TERRIBLE ACCESS: Building access only via app - no local help. Got stuck outside, needed help from the neighbors. As a traveler, you are required to always have internet so you can open the main gate

“Beautiful, cozy and perfect location.”
+The location and views of the city are even better than expected. The creative way the kitchen and bathroom were oganized made for a very comfortable living space. The patience from the host was exceptional with the required city tax and proof of documents via the Vikey tool. I struggled to understand what documents were necessary and why my Vikey check-in wasn't working. The host worked extra diligently and patiently to make sure it was all correct. Thank you.
−I might have missed the directions regarding opening the main door, but I found that confusing. The online tools such as checking in and Vikey made the trip more complicated. This is not personal to AC21, but it is good to know what Rome requires of its visitors beforehand.
