“Very responsive and helpful owner”
+The responsiveness of the owner is outstanding!! We booked this stay very last minute ( with about 3 hours notice) after our previous accommodation was cancelled. We had our stay arranged and someone available to let us into the property and register us quicker than we could have checked into the original property!! I am so grateful for the owner's support and compassion during what could have been a very stressful situation! We got up one morning to discover an issue with the front door. Messaged the owner and it was very quickly fixed! Communication skills are great, language differences were never a barrier. The step by step instructions to access the property were very helpful. The location! A few minutes walk from the Bologna Centrale train station! A few minutes walk from the Porta Galleria and a beautiful park. Easy walking distance to other main locations such as Piazza Maggorie. The apartment itself is in a quiet location, so noise from other's or the street outside was never an issue. The bedroom was big, we had plenty of space to store clothing and space to store our luggage out of the way. A good sized bathroom with plenty of storage and a good sized shower cubicle. The

“In general good”
+The location is good, less than 10mins walk to train station. Bologna is small city, the location secure walking distance to everywhere. Check in was smooth and easy, it has a lift, very friendly to big suitcase traveller.
−The neighbor seems working on construction. Was really loud between 8-18.

+Rent och välstädat. Bra läge. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig uthyrare.
−Mycket litet kök. Skulle vara svårt att laga och äta mat. Pyttelitet köksbord och bara en stol.

+Dobrze zlokalizowane mieszkanie z bardzo miłą życzliwą właścicielką. Przestronna, ładna sypialnia. Dobrej jakości, czyste ręczniki. Można wcześniej zostawić bagaże, można się też wcześniej zameldować. Właścicielka dokonuje meldunku osobiście, nie trzeba tego robić online. Mieszkanie bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego.
−Zasłona okna w sypialni jest za krótka, nie da się go w pełni zasłonić. Światło z zewnątrz przeszkadza, zwłaszcza osobie śpiącej "od okna". Słaba izolacja ścian; słychać odgłosy z sąsiednich mieszkań; nawet spłukiwanie wody w toalecie.

“Local perfeito e aconchegante!!! Novo”
+Recomendo muito!!! O lugar é excelente. Localizado muito próximo à estação de trem e com muitas opções de mercadinhos e lanchonetes ao redor. Tudo limpo e organizado, com estrutura moderna. Possui todos os utensílios e produtos para uma estadia longa. A recepção remota foi ótima e pudemos antecipar o check in para deixar as malas e sair para os passeios.
