“Comfortable apartment few stops away from the city center”
+Our room was quite comfortable and had everything we need as a family with a small child. It was more spacious than it looked on the pictures and also it was closer to the subway station than what Maps suggested in terms of time to walk to there. There is a nice restaurant nearby from where we took food up to the apartment in the end of the day, which was quite comfortable for us with our small kid. We are happy with our choice.
−Some of the tableware were not entirely clean, but we always wash before we use anyway, so it was not a big deal. Perhaps better dishwasher pods will resolve this.

“Charming neighbourhood but disappointing service”
+The apartments are located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the centre but very convenient to commute. The nearest metro is a few minutes walk away and connects directly to Karlsplatz in 10 minutes. The Schonbrunn palace is a 15 minute walk, made it very convenient for me to plan my runs and I wouldn’t have seen and explored the gardens the way i was able to if I was only visiting Schonbrunn for a touristy visit. The cafe just outside the building Eduard is lovely for breakfast , brunch and drinks. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped , air conditioned. The aesthetics are a bit too tacky for my taste.
−The service is a disappointing & unprofessional .The check in details were not sent to us 2 days prior to arrival as was communicated after we booked. I sent them a message asking for check in details before i boarded the long flight to Vienna. On arrival I see a text saying please make the security deposit payment of 500 euros before 2:30 pm to receive check in details. I landed at 2 pm and panicked trying frantically to make the payment while going through passport control. I thought it was unprofessional of them to not send the payment link 2 days prior to avoid this last minute inconvenience. Second, our locker in the apartment was not functioning and the instructions manual was not opening. So I called the customer service and scheduled a visit next day between 9 am to 10pm. Nobody turned up or followed up on this. Again very disappointing . I’d urge them to improve their service

“Bardzo lubię ten hotel, ale tym razem trochę mnie zawiódł. Grzyb w łazience, kurz na szafkach. Nie należę do niewiadomo”
+Blisko do centrum

“Fijn verblijf”
+De ruimte was heerlijk. De locatie is perfect.
−De wasmachine gaf storing aan. En er was geen monteur meer aanwezig. Ik mocht gelukkig gebruik maken van de wasmachine in een andere kamer. Daarvoor mijn dank!

+A really great and cozy hotel. Everything uses keypad locks, so there’s no need to carry around keys or key cards. There are grocery stores for every taste nearby. The metro is a five-minute walk away, and Schönbrunn is within a 30-minute walk. There’s a restaurant right next to the hotel. I love this place, this is my third time staying here.
