“All in all a good stay, that I would be happy to do again. But could do with a bit more care & attention on the clea”
+Excellent location. Right near the seafront, with plenty of nearby amenities. Nice layout of the property. Modern feel and pretty comfortable with all the basics needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−Like many others mention, it wasn’t the actual property we booked. So was not ground floor with garden. However it was still a nice property and luckily still fulfilled our needs for the most part. So we weren’t too bothered by this. But it definitely could have been cleaner. Carpets, sofas, cushions all quite heavily stained. Toilet wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. It also can be quite noisy at night given its prime location.

“I would recommend to others not to book or promote this property anymore. They do fishy things and try to ask for additi”
+Nothing, property appeared to be dirty and stinky
−The staff was rude, they tried to play with us for our accommodation and told us that they don’t have any confirmed booking, however we showed all the evidence of booking. They also appeared to be racist.

“Not what we booked! Beware!”
+Newly refurbished
−We booked a ground floor apartment as we had a dog (and a member of our group hates heights). When we collected the keys we were told we were in the top floor flat. I said that’s not what we booked as we had a dog with us and wanted easy outside access plus the person with a fear of heights. I was told they’d had to change things about. When we got there it was very high up and stuffy - it was the hottest day of the year. I checked on booking.com and saw the flat below was still being advertised so phoned to see if we could move down but was told it had just been let out. I told the lady we weren’t happy as it was very stuffy and high but the response we got from the man was well the sun will go down soon. I have seen reviews for the lady who runs this building for other places in Aber, especially on Airbnb and it seems like this sort of thing happens regularly with them. They have some pretty rotten feedback. The apartment itself was newly refurbished so very clean, but the blind was broken, the duvet barely fitted the bed, there were only two bowls for a place hosting 4 and the TV had not been set up properly so couldn’t access Netflix etc. Teething problems but very annoying con
