“Clean, secure, comfortable- shame about the internet issues!!”
+Great location , lovely space, really comfy bed. Had major issues with the internet though. Which was only working for the 1st evening… they tried to fix but no luck for the rest of our stay.
−The window frostings are not nice looking. Curtains are falling off like there aren’t enough hooks. Loads of noise from the bathroom all night (pipes/waste system) sounds like an animal in the pipes 😂 Could do with hooks in bathroom. Towel rail did not heat up.

“Great”
+Great, central location with a brilliant price. The room was very comfy and clean, with good facilities and a generous comfy bed!
−I would've liked some oil, salt and pepper supplied to cook with, but perhaps not necessary :)

+Perfect stay for a couple or even as a solo traveller. Just down the road from their other managed properties, also on the riverside bank opposite Principality stadium. Decent sized studio with all the things you need including a kitchenette with a mini fridge freezer and stocked up with pots & crockery if you need to heat up food/cook quick meals. Bathroom was spacious too, bed was big enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably in. Even had a mini closet with a ironing board & iron!! Dining table next to the bed made it all a bit cramped but good addition instead of the barstools (studios may vary in decorations i suppose). Would book again as a couple stay in Cardiff!! :)
−The blinds were a bit flappy but not exactly the worst i've seen

+Good location, nicely organized studio space with a small kitchen, but had everything necessary (though some salt and pepper would have been nice). Included a fan, which was much appreciated as even though it wasn't a heat wave, the room got quite warm. Wifi worked. Everything was clean.
−It seems like a thing in all UK hotels, but would be lovely if windows could open more than 5cm, as that serves almost no function, and being able to open window to let a breeze in does a lot to cool down a room without needing electricity.

+It was a very clean apartment and customer service is prompt and helpful.
−There is no parking. However, if you are driving, Sophia Gardens parking offers more than 24 hour parking a short 6 minute walk away. As long as you keep your valuables with you at all times.
