“Generally it was ok”
+Nice apartment but the flooring edge in the bedroom was black molded! Also fridge door has an outside door that unlatched twice. First time we asked to fix it and the 2nd time we didn't bother the effort!
−Stayed 5 nights and was given only 1 set of towels! I asked for a change and was told for a charge of 25 euro!

“I would definitely recommend this apartment!”
+The apartment is actually even better than it looks in the photos! It has all the necessary amenities, very clean and an excellent location, close to shops, a department store, grocery stores, a park, and the metro. Communication was excellent, and the host responded immediately to all my requests, including questions about the Wi-Fi password and a cleaning issue. Check-in was easy: everything was arranged online, and the keys were waiting at the front desk. You can easily prepare breakfast at home, as there are grocery stores nearby, or enjoy it at one of the nearby bakeries. Overall, staying here feels like staying in a 4-star hotel , the only things missing are bathrobes and slippers! 😊 I would definitely recommend this apartment!
−Cleaning is offered free of charge for stays of 7 nights or more, but only once a week. In my case, the cleaning was done on the 6th day of an 8-night stay. It would be better to schedule cleaning based on the length of the stay, or ideally offer it more frequently. It would also be nice to have coffee capsules provided according to the number of guests and nights booked. This was not a major issue, as there is a Nespresso shop just 50 metres away, but it would be a thoughtful touch. Finally, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I couldn’t tell whether it was caused by mold (or cleaning products), but it would be worth checking. Also, water leaked out of the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor during use (ap.4.4).

“It was actually a fabulous stay, The apartment was vey well appointed, clean and well maintained .”
+Great apartment for 1 person 9or a couple)
−I know the lighting in the communal areas are motion activated but I didn’t like having to walk out into the hall in the dark to activate them. Especially if i exit my room and then try to lock my door.

“Beautiful and comfortable apartment about 1 minute from Parque metro station.”
+Lovely well maintained old building. Really nice and spacious apartment with all mod cons. The appliances are top notch. Also complimentary tea, coffee, milk, bottled water, olive oil etc. were supplied on arrival. The area is safe with shops and restaurants very close. I have scored “host” negatively because we were not hosted.
−You cannot check In early or check out late and there is no space to store luggage for early arrival or check out. We were made aware of this when we booked so we used a bounce storage space across the road. The shower is wedged too close to the toilet so if you are above a UK size 10 it will be difficult to get in and out
