“Nice place!”
+Comfy bed and nice shower. Location was close to the event we were going to.
−Unfortunately WiFi signal wasnt great so couldnt watch TV properly but made use of board games provided instead which was a nice touch.

+Convenient for centre, bus route round corner. Handy for shops/cafes etc. Parking outside. Fairly quiet location.
−Some kind of oven tray/ casserole dish would be good. Perhaps drainage of shower could be looked at as shower base filling up with water.

“Dirty, but good location and parking”
+Location was relatively good, and parking was very easy. Flat was spacious, plenty of room for a couple or maybe even small family
−The flat on arrival smelt badly of damp. There was clear signs of mould. The blinds did not work correctly, not only leading to light coming in but also giving people walking past visibility into the flat. The bed sheets appeared stained. The cupboards were half full of half empty food containers. There was coffee etc. in the pots in the kitchen, however clearly out of date.

+Cute little apartment close to town centre and university. Well presented and tidy. Host is very quick at replying to messages and friendly.
−Unfortunately, as it is a ground floor apartment by the road, it can be noisy at night, even with the windows closed.

+Close to the city center, festivals and all touristic attractions. Coffee in the kitchen making it easier to start the day.
−The flat is on a ground floor with all windows on the main road so you always need to keep windows shut and closed even in the heat. The area is quite dirty with lots of rubbish flying around on streets. I also couldn’t find a hair dryer, not sure if there is one.

“Great location for centre for any gigs or any events in the centre of Cardiff but really needs a new mattress on the bed”
+Really great location plenty of amenities restaurant etc very close and plenty of room for 2 people
−Parking was a slight problem, and the bed, I’m sorry to say was awful, in desperate need of a new mattress could feel every spring and even base of bed I ended up sleeping on the floor with covers underneath me for a couple of hours as I found it far more comfortable.

“affordable easy Uber ride to town”
+handy place and easy Uber to get to utilita arena. parking is just outside the house. there wasn't any space when we got there but the road around the corner (By Dominoes) had no restrictions. Area is a little 'rpugh and ready' but is ieal space for a family that wants an affordable place to stay close to the city.
−the TV didn't work. it would turn on but kept saying no signal. when it finally found signal. very late in the evening it was frozen. wasn't a big deal to us but might annoy someone else.

“Clean and spacious but noisy neighbours.”
+We stayed 5 nights, was easily accessible with my sons disabled pram. And in a great location. Great kitchen utensils however a Tong to pick up meat when cooking would be beneficial, especially for your longer stays. The cafe at the front was an absolute Gem!
−No plug in bedroom that i could find and neighbours upstairs were having a party on the 1st night until late. I'm aware of the quiet hours but having a 2 year old that wakes up at 5am, it was hard.
