10.0+Very nice apartment, exactly like shown in the pictures. Comfortable bed and pillows, very good and central location in La Kalsa means walking distance to everything in the historical center, the train station,... Very good, big supermarket around the corner. Litteraly everything is provided, both in kitchen and bathroom. Gio is a very accommodating host and his mom lives in the same building and came to make sure everything was going well after I did self check in, which I really appreciated. Thank you very much for this lovely stay! Would 100% recommend.
−The very few and not really major remarks that I would have is that bathroom is really cramped and the shower really small (but you can see that in the pictures).

10.0“Fantastic Apartment in a Historical Building in the Center of the Action!”
+Fantastic 2 week stay here in this historic building in the heart of the old district. The profession hosts were great with frequent communication prior to and during my stay. This was the most comfortable apartment that I have stayed in a while. It had everything that you could think of from washing machine detergent to AC, fast wifi, iron, coffe, etc. It was even better equipped than my own home. The living room also had a pull out couch which was very comfortable. The apartment is located one block behind the main street of Via Vittorio Emanule. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops & walking distance to many of the historical buildings. Bottom line, if you are looking to stay in a nice historic building with character on a cobble stone street, then definitely stay here!

10.0“5 stars - Fantastic stay, highly recommended!”
+I really enjoyed my time at A Casuzza di Gio. The location is very, very good - perfect for exploring Palermo, with everything within easy walking distance but still in a peaceful area. The apartment itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you might need. I especially appreciated the coffee machine with pods provided - such a nice touch to start the day! The host was kind and helpful throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

10.0“Wonderful, welcoming, well located, beautiful furnished in the vivid heart from Palermo”
+Wonderful, welcoming, well located, beautiful furnished with practical little details. Very clean and very comfortable. The location is easy to reach by bus and a little bit by foot from the airport. It is in a very authentic and vivid area of Palermo. Very quiet side street, there are no loud restaurants or traffic. The communication was easy, helpful and very friendly. The Pedestrian area invites to explore: old churches, markets, parks, yacht Harbour… Just strolling along and dive in the Puls of Palermo. The heating is through the air condition. I liked the place very much and recommend it fully.
