+Cute studio apartment. Kitchen is very small but my husband is a chef and still managed to cook a few meals. Bedroom is big and light and access out to a small terrace which was great. Not far from main road for buses and metro ( found the metro more reliable in Naples).
−Kitchen small but we knew that in advance

“I appreciate the kind owner's detailed explanation of the interior and the cleanliness of the house”
+"The owner came out to meet me at the front of the house, gave me the keys, and explained the exterior and interior of the house, from the entrance to the bedroom. They provided explanations of what was in each area, starting from the kitchen to the dining table, and mentioned that I could use various items such as salt, sugar, olive oil, bread, etc., for cooking and eating. The house was clean and tidy."
−The towels looked a bit worn, While the bathroom layout seemed a bit long and narrow like a corridor, there weren't any particular discomforts, and it was clean. The warm water also flowed well during showers. Thank you to the owner.

“Only suitable for those who stay short-term and don’t rely on the kitchen too much.”
+Massimo was super friendly and accommodated our requests all the time. It is located centrally around the historic central. Everything can be reached on foot. The bed is comfy. The neighbour is nice and quiet.
−The property has some ventilation issue. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan, so it gets very steamy all the time. You will see some mould growing on the wall. The water for showering is way too hot, have to be very careful not to burn yourself. The kitchen has a small fan, but not very useful. The air is trapped in the hall and area. The kitchen doesn’t feel very safe as it is very tiny with very limited counter space and it uses 2 ‘not-too-stable’ gas stoves. You could smell gas every time when you cook.

+The location is perfect, you can reach everything by walking. Massimo is a nice host, he helped us with everything and was very flexible with the check in. The apartment is really cute and very good equiped (especially the kitchen!). Really nice stay❤️Thank you Massimo!!
