“Lovely place. Shame about the key cards at the end of our stay.”
+Clean. Spacious. Good location. Good value. Responsive staff.
−Smell coming from master bedroom en suite bathroom in the evenings of the first two nights of our stay. But I think they did fix that after we flagged it (see responsive staff comment above). At least it went away. Key cards locking you out of the property promptly at 10am when you’re emptying the apartment and your phone and car keys are locked in the room. There’s no way to contact anyone when that happens. So I had to frantically shout for my wife to let me into the building while she’s trying to manage two kids and getting the rest of our stuff to the car. Honestly, it was so frustrating I might never stay here again. At least not as long as there’s no staff on site. I would expect the key cards to give you a few minutes after 10am to leave. And there’s literally nothing inside the property other than dish cleaning products. Not even any hand soap.

+Ensemble de qualité et bon emplacement Excellent confort, chambres spacieuses et confortables de même pour les salles de bain.
−Borne de recharge VE mais avec une absence de transparence de tarif très excessif (de l’ordre de 1.10€/kWh !) Manque de l’électroménager ( machine à laver et appareil à fondue/raclette)

+Das Appartment war sehr ruhig, traumhafter Balkon, tolle Aussicht vom Sichtplatz, gute Ausstattung in der Küche.

+فندق جميل نظام شقق فندقيه مودرن ونظيفة لا يوجد تكييف والتعامل مع ادارة الشقة عن بعد يتم التواصل عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والواتساب والاميل الشخصي وحتى تسليم المفتاح يكون من دون مكتب استقبال .. الفندق المكان جميل ويقع في منطقة جبليه والجو بارد في المساء .. لكن لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف يوميه لشقة علما بانه مذكور في تفاصيل فاتورة الدفع لموقع بوكيين مبلغ 685 درهم لتنظيف واثناء الاستفسار منهم تم الرد من قبلهم انه هذا مبلغ التنظيف بعد مغادرتنا الشقة .. وتم ارسال اميل بأن يتم غسل الاطباق ورمي المهملات قبل المغادرة هذا الشي لم يعجبني من قبل ادارة الفندق . وايضا وقت استلام الشقة يكون ساعة الرابعة المساء والمغادرة الساعة 10 صباحا ..موقع الشقة على شارع رئيسي ومقابله سوبر ماركت ويوجد مطاعم قريبه للبيتزاء والباستا والمأكولات النمساويه .. ولا يوجد في الشقة منظره لتدقيق على ملابسنا والمكياج متوفر فقط في الحمام .. والحمامات لا يوجد بها شامبو ولا صابون فقط كيس صابون صغير للاستخدام مره واحده..مبلغ الحجز غالي بنسبه لشقة لا يوجد بها خدمة تنظيف

“Una visita in Austria veloce ma intensa”
+La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda, sulla strada principale del paese, di fronte piccolo market e vicino fontana di acqua potabile proveniente dai ghiacciai in quota. 2 comode stanze da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno con cucina e terrazzino. Presente piano cottura a induzione, stoviglie, macchinetta caffè e cappuccino Nespresso. Pulizia ottima. Presenza sauna comune, spaziosa lavatrice e asciugatrice sempre comune.
−Avrei gradito qualche bagnoschiuma/sapone in più ma, la politica antispreco della struttura (e del loro sistema nazionale) evidentemente non lo prevedeva, così come il cambio asciugamani...

−Non poter ricaricare l’auto, ormai tutti hanno una postazione di ricarica. Peccato non siano partner per avere la summer card inclusa, molte altre vallate in Austria la includono già con l’appartamento, sarebbe un ottimo regalo!

“Fantastyczny apartament”
+Obiekt idealnie czysty. Kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Podziemny parking! Możliwość porannej dostawy chleba - super pomysł. Lokalizacja idealna- na przeciwko sklep spożywczy oraz regionalna, sympatyczna restauracja. Naprawdę warto spędzić urlop w takim apartamencie. Sympatyczny taras z kawałkiem trawnika- cudowny widok na góry. Jako gość masz możliwość zakupienia tańszego biletu do Aqua Dome.
−Generalnie wszystko było ok, jedynie zasugerowałbym wstawienie mydła w płynie przy umywalkach, zamiast jednorazowych saszetek.
