“It was a great experience and stay at this fantastic location.”
+Umida the host of the property was very co-operative and made us feel like her family member. She took utmost care of all of us including my 4 year old son. My son was very happy when she gave him birthday gift during our stay. Property is very close to all major attractions of the city and Green Bazaar, Cathedral and Soldier memorial are at 5 min walking distance from the property. Also there is direct view of Cathedral, Koktobe Tv tower and snow capped mountains from the window of the property. For me I will choose this same property again if I plan for next visit in Almaty in future. There is gas for cooking food, utensils, washing machine available which is a bonus.

+My stay at the Zolotoy Kvadrat 60 apartment has been most satisfactory. While located in an older district, its location is highly convenient. The interior is neat, clean, and comfortable. Its proximity to Arbat Street, the Cathedral of the Ascension, and the Monument to the 28 Panfilov Heroes is a significant advantage. The host provided excellent service, including the very helpful gesture of storing my luggage. For this, I extend my sincere thanks.

+Well equipped and close to the city center. Air cond and extra electric heater to keep the apartment warm before central heating kicks in. Well maintained and kept clean inside.

“Vive déception qui gâche notre séjour à Almaty”

−Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement. Nous voyageons et réservons avec booking depuis plusieurs années (Asie, Afrique, Amérique). Nous n'avons jamais eu une hote si peu ou pas disponible. Qui plus est, elle a refusé de référer des tours, des activités, des restaurants, etc. Elle a recommandé uniquement son amie qui fait des tours privés à des prix élevés. Ainsi, nous avons eu le sentiment d'être piégé. Avons mis trop de temps et d'énergie pour trouver des réponses et des références à nos questions. L'hôte exige de communiquer avec elle via Watsapp mais elle tarde à répondre. Notamment, il a fallu écrire à booking et attendre 5 heures avant le départ pour connaître les consignes de la remise des clefs. Sa non disponibilité créer également un problème de sécurité en cas de difficulté. Bref, elle a très rapide uniquement pour se faire payer le matin alors que nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit, ce qui montre un manque de courtoisie. Tout cela a contribué à altérer notre appréciation de séjour à Almaty.

+Wir hatten drei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich, zentral gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren außerdem unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir einen späten Rückflug hatten, haben sie uns freundlicherweise bei der Gepäckaufbewahrung unterstützt, was unseren letzten Tag in Almaty deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft - wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
