“Overall very pleasant stay”
+Very comfortable stay for big family. High above the ground to avoid noise of the city. Lovely entrance hall. Very hospitable host!

“Great place to stay-Pleasant and safe. Gracious hosts”
+Fantastic location with easy walk to the central train/bus station and the historic center. Great view from the balcony over the old city ( including 5 domes). We traveled as a group of 5 (2 couples and a single) and have a choice of bedrooms (4 to choose from) and we valued 3 bathrooms. The place can easily host 8 (or even more people) and even for the 5 or 4 people it offers a great value compared with other places in Palermo. The hosts were very accommodating, they let us leave our bags there way before normal checking time and explained everything about the apartment. I wished we could stay longer there. The building was very safe. It had a door man

+The location was nice. The property manager was extremely helpful & very pleasant. The apartment was clean.
−only two air conditioners can be on at the same time. Also, you have to wait for the slow moving elevator to help you with luggage.

+L'accueil chaleureux de Giovanni et tous ses bons conseils sans compter le délicieux gâteau qu'il nous a offert. L'emplacement vraiment très bien pour visiter tout à pied ( très important, je trouve). Et le charme de l'appartement, très bien équipé et joliment meublé.

“Perfecta estancia familiar en 5 Cuppole”
+Lo que más nos gustó fue la recepción del anfitrión , como nos mostró las instalaciones , los detalles de bienvenida y la ubicación del 5 cuppole era perfecta para explorar la ciudad y conectarnos con otros lugares de la bella Sicilia a través del tren.
−No hubo nada que nos disgustara. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, tiene buenas vistas desde el balcón y ventanas, cuenta con aire acondicionado.
