“Great place to stay if you are low on funds and don't mind dirt, dust, and mold”
+You won't find a cheaper place in town, and the location is great for both getting to the city center, or to the airport.
−I've never stayed at a dirtier place since I've been using Booking com. I read multiple reviews emphasizing poor cleanliness of the property. The owners had replied to some of them with the promise of correcting the issues, but unfortunately, those promises have been all empty. There was a tick layers of dust, dirt, and black mold on multiple locations. The air was very humid, no matter the constantly running loud dehumidifier in the kitchen. The reality was far from the pictures presented There were broken bricks in the interior in the kitchen sitting area, the floor panels were still with stickers from the store where they've been bought and not aligned, the towels looked like they've been used thousands of times, the bed sheet was patched in an ugly way instead of replacing... A paper with "House rules" spelled clearly "The use of heaters and stoves is prohibited", while both were listed as available facilities on Booking com. I easily found two drinking glasses that were unwashed but put with the clean ones. The cattle was still with some old water and lots of limestone. “Avoid avoid avoid”
−Out of the 50 countries I've been to, this is by far the worst accomodation I've been in, to the extent that ot ruined my time in Belgrade. The lady who greets you doesn't understand any English and provides an inaccurate exchange rate, but that's the least of the issues. I asked the host how the flushing works and they replied that it's broken. In fact I was informed twice that it wasn't working. After requesting a refund, it was apparently a misunderstanding even though he said "the flushing does not work" Besides that, the place was filthy - dried urine on the toilet seat, and the wipe that I cleaned the seat with was dark grey. You are not provided with shampoo, and the sink is fit for a small kid, or maybe even a rodent. After complaining, the hosts couldn't find any issues, which was very convenient as I did leave the place a bit better than I found it. This is the most disgraceful host I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of proof of all these issues, but I did take some photos of the bedroom as a laugh. +Хороший хозяин, сам написал и все объяснил. Удобное расположение. Ночью было тихо, шума не было, запаха сигарет не было.
−Было немного грязновато, в холодильнике была какая-то еда и бутылки, в стиральной машине белье. Если будет чище, будет лучше.

+Prelijep apartman sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Apartman je veoma čist i udoban, ima klima-uređaj i brz Wi-Fi. Tržni centar Galerija udaljen je svega 10 minuta hoda, što je veoma praktično. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj!

+Odlična lokacija, veoma ljubazan i responsivan domaćin, najniža cena u okolini, stan je prilično prostran u odnosu na uobičajene smeštaje za dve osobe, udoban krevet, odvlaživač vazduha, kapija koja se zaključava, dostupni fen, šampon, gel za tuširanje, sapun, kuhinjica, šporet, veš mašina. Zaista ima moju preporuku za kratak boravak i ljude koji ne stavljaju akcenat na "premium" doživljaj.
−Stanu je mozda potrebno jedno dubinsko čišćenje, i malo je stariji. To za moje potrebe nije bio dealbreaker doduše.
