“Perfect place to stay”
+The apartment was very clean, with everything you would need for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Walkable distance to the shops, market and restaurants, bus stops.

+The owner was polite and everything we needed he was there for us. The house was big, full equipment at the bathroom and the kitchen, first aid, for mosquitoes, card games. It was everything you need. Clean plates and glasses, everything. The bed was so comfortable. We stay there for 12 days and we feel like we are at home. The balcony was beautiful and decorated with chairs if you need to eat or to smoke. The owner had gifts for us when we arrived and when we leave the apartment. Tha center was close and the central bus station to go by the beach. And near the house it had a lot of bakery and stores to find everything you need. When I will come at Katania for sure I will select this apartment again. Thank you for everything!!!

“Exceptional”
+We had an amazing stay in this cozy, little and sparkling clean apartment overlooking the lively via Plebiscito, probably the most authentic place in Catania. It's a 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral / via Etnea and you have all services at your door steps, such as bakery, pharmacy, little eateries, coffee shops and much more. The little apartment is very well organised and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including excellent mattresses, a professional coffee machine, washing machine, A/C, and two toilets. From the little balcony you will definitely enjoy the hustle and bustle of daily life but it is incredibly quiet at night. We slept very well. Definitely recommended if you are looking for an authentic stay and not the usual tourist accommodation. Last but not least, the owners are incredible people. Communication was fast and easy, we got so much advice and so many tips! It's possible to book a private transfer service to and from the airport with a reliable driver.
−We loved it but it's probably worth mentioning that the accommodation is not well suited for people with mobility issues due to stairs.

“Perfect!!!!”
+Great place - brilliant host. He arranged a car for us from a friend's rental company - no card or deposit. The apartment itself is in a great location - close to Piazza Duomo and already outside the paid parking zone:-) close to shops etc. The apartment is clean, comfortable. I recommend it

“Perfect apartment for vacotion”
+The apartment's location was conveniently situated approximately five minutes from the city center. The accommodations were comfortable, exceptionally clean, aesthetically decorated, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Notably, there were two rooms, one located within the bedroom and the other in the living area. Additionally, there was a spacious dining room and a pleasant balcony, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. One particularly enjoyable aspect was the opportunity to prepare and savor my own morning espresso using the provided coffee machine. This ritual, accompanied by the scenic view from the balcony, was a delightful experience. It is noteworthy that Sicilian coffee is regarded as some of the finest I have ever encountered. The owners of the apartment demonstrated exceptional kindness and friendliness throughout our stay. They were consistently available and more than willing to provide guidance and recommendations regarding places to visit in Catania and the best means of reaching those destinations. Their assistance was invaluable, and I extend my utmost respect and appreciation to them.

+Majitelé velmi příjemní. Naš let měl zpoždění. Počkali až večer dorazíme. Komunikace skvělá. Vše odpovídalo, tak jak je uvedeno. Kousek do centra. V okolí mnoho restaurací.
