“Could have been better. Dissapointed don't expect to go to toilet and have to leave the door open!”
+Property was clean and in an excellent location.
−Toilet light not working, owners aware, no repair during our 4 day stay. Cooker gas hob ignition not working, owners aware, had to buy matches. Bed slats fallen through, had to lift mattress and rebuild. Parking space and key lock box not clearly marked. Wooden chopping board had large split and therefore hygiene risk. Table lamp in hall not working. Fan heater in lounge only blows cold. Bowl in cupboard still had old scrambled egg, not cleaned properly. Light in cooker hood not working.

“Nice apartment - highly recommended !”
+Midhurst is a beautiful small town with short distance to Goodwood. There are shopping facilities for food, drinks and other necessary things. Some restaurants and pubs The Clockhouse is located right in the middle of the town. Parking facilities in the street or a fenced area behind the building. The apartment is well decorated and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. It was very clean. It has a kitchen with all the equipment you need to prepare breakfast or meals.

“Huge potential but overall a very disappointing property which could so easily be fixed”
+Location
−Great location with huge potential, however caveat emptor:- • The double bed was unusable for two people - the springs have completely collapsed. Sadly this was also reported by Kate (her review in May 2023) and Alison (her review Sep 2022) and no action taken. Serious issue and we would not recommend this property. We eventually reverted to one of us sleeping in the bed and the other on the couch (which is also well passed its used-by date). • The bar holding the shower head has nearly detached from the wall - action required. • The shower has no shelf to hold shampoo etc. • The shower drain is very slow - partially blocked? • The toilet room also has a basin but no toilet roll holder or towel rail. • The carpets are very badly stained - also reported by Alison in Sep-2022 but no action taken. • TV remote did not work - also reported by Alison in Sep 2022 and still a problem. • Couch is worn out - like a board to sit on • Clutter in the property is excessive, particularly excessive books. More than 50 in the toilet room - do they think a guest would pick up a book from a shelf in the toilet that may have been read by someone who was sitting on the toilet. The excessive clutter giv
