“Well located and good value for money”
+Walkable to the city centre or a short uber ride away ( it costs around EUR10). We were 3 and stayed a night and the place worked very well for us in terms of its location , comfort and space . Linens were very clean and adequate toiletries provided . Be aware the stairs leading up are narrow so it might be get a bit clumsy to carry the luggage up , especially bigger suitcases . However , this wasn’t an issue for us.

“Bel appartement, très cosy et très bien situé”
+Très bel appartement, joliment décoré, confortable , bien équipé et au calme. Le petit patio est très agréable. Nous n' avons pas eu de difficulté à nous garer dans la rue ( gratuit le soir et le dimanche). L emplacement est parfait pour visiter Rouen à pied .
−Rien, c était parfait ! A noter qu' il n y a pas de Wi-Fi, ni télé ( ce qui n était pas important pour nous ).

“Gelungene Städtetour Rouen zum Start des Normandie Urlaubs”
+Großes bequemes Doppelbett und sehr grosse Dusche mit getrennter Toilette. Zu Fuss sind es ca 15 Minuten bis zu Kathedrale. Pascal ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit guten Tipps für Rouen.

“Por vezes menos é mais.”
+A casa está muito bem decorada, mas não é funcional. Os armários da cozinha muito altos. A máquina do café não conseguimos pôr a funcionar. Televisão muito pequena. Os equipamentos são de topo, mas não respondem às necessidades.
−A porta do apartamento não se fechava à chave e a janela do quarto era junto ao passeio. Não se podia deixar a janela aberta, qualquer pessoa poderia entrar. Em suma, sem privacidade.

“stilvolle Wohnung”
+Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zur Altstadt ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu bewältigen.
−Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wichtig zu wissen, dass die Wohnung sich über die 2. und 3. Etage erstreckt. Uns hat das nicht gestört.

“Gradevole e d'impatto.”
+Bell'appartamento, collocato in un contesto di particolare piacevolezza, che sebbene situato al piano terra, si trova in una via poco trafficata e quindi tranquilla e silenziosa. Come valore aggiunto, all'esterno - a fianco della porta di accesso - c'è una piccola corte con alcune piante, un tavolino e due sedie, perfetta per un momento di relax. Bella la sala bagno, con una bella doccia. Comodo il letto. Tutto appare gestito con molta cura e il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è in posizione semicentrale, per raggiungere il centro storico occorre una camminata di almeno un quarto d'ora.
−Le dimensioni dell'angolo cottura sono un po' limitate, occorre destreggiarsi. Ma per un breve soggorno va benissimo.

+La casa si trova in posizione abbastanza centrale. È arredata con molto gusto e dotata di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.
−La cucina, posta al secondo piano, ricavata nel sottotetto, è sostanzialmente inutilizzabile per il soffitto altamente spiovente dove si batte la testa con grande facilità.
