“Served its purpose for two nights but poor sleep due to matresses”
+Location good, property clean with 3 double bedrooms. Landlord did resolve some issues promptly when contacted.
−Issues with staircase step faulty and wardrobes not fit for purpose, base of one bed broken all of which were dealt with promptly when landlord contacted. However all 3 double bed mattresses have seen there day with springs being felt when lying down which made for a poor quality of sleep.

+Gorgeous house with plenty of space and all the facilities you’d need. It’s in a very good location, on a quiet road. 10/10 would stay again.

+Nicely located close to botanical garden and the river. During our stay the temperature was high at 27 deg C and the bedroom in the attic was hot. When we indicated this, staff was quick to offer and bring a fan.
−Relative dark living room.

+House was spotless and had all necessities for a comfortable stay. Location was great as it had a bus stop, pub, beautiful restaurant and supermarket just a 2 min walk
−The only thing i would change is a handrail on the stairs as we had 2 elderly people but other than that we really.enoyed our stay here
