“4 day stay in Sofia!”
+The flat is located in a central location with walking access to all tourist locations and activities in Sofia. The property was very spacious and potentially accommodate a larger group if needed with good continuous running hot water.
−The property was not clean, and the bathroom was not very functional and small. The washing machine was difficult to use - it would have been great if clear instructions were provided. The ACs didn't all function properly. The stairwell at night on initial check-in was difficult to manoeuvre - again, if clear instructions were provided, it would have been helpful.

“Excellent and very comfortable stay in the heart of Sofia. Good value too.”
+The location of the property was excellent, right in the heart of Sofia with easy access to the metro. The apartment was very spacious too and every room has Air con. It was clean and tidy. The communication with the host was easy.
−Could provide clothes hangers for the wardrobe

“Very good”
+Great location in the city center. Large rooms. Plenty of towels, liquid soap in the bathroom, equipment in the kitchen. The owner sent very clear instructions to access the apartment.
−Very small bathroom without shower. Old equipment, cleanliness was not the best. However, we have to compensate for this with a low price and a great location.

“Very good”
+Central location. Big and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay.
−Bathroom had clogged drain. Also some mold on the bedroom ceiling and hence the musty smell.

“Except for being very convenient in the center of Sofia, the apartment was a not family friendly.”
+Very convenient to center of Sofia and its facilities and one floor up.
−The internal division of apartment was strange with two extremely large bedrooms, a tiny kitchen (with minimum utensils, 1 pot and 1 frying skillet; no microwave), a caravan like bathroom/shower with toilet inserted into a space designed for only very slim persons (with a poor drain that flooded the area with each shower) and no eating dining area. Also, 1 towel for a weeks stay! For someone with a car, there is no street parking nearby adding extra cost for private parking.
