“Nice place, parking wasn't an issue, fairly quiet location, close to beach, park and shops.”
+The place is larger then the pictures show and the property layout in my opinion was very good.
−The windows were hard to lock in the double bedroom, so we had the eldest boy sleep by that just in case, I'd suggest some WD-40 to be sprayed to loosen it all up throughout. That was the only issue. The place was very nice and the location for the beach and shops etc is excellent

+Easy to park, close to the beach and near enough to walk into Eastbourne town centre. There are take aways and local shops very close to the property.
−We could find any scissors to open packets.

“Disappointed with accommodation. Not a like for like exchange.”
+Not a lot. We had no choice of relocation. Pity you cannot update your emails with the address that you sent us to. Very disappointed not to have been able to stay at 11B Beachside
−We were moved to Flat 2 Silverdale Appts. It was run down, tired and grubby.Bed linen very worn with holes in . Washing up bowl and dish drainer greasy. This flat had definitely seen better days.

“Great stay”
+This was in a perfect location close to the town centre and the beach. It had secure and private parking and check in was easy. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the nautical theme throughout was very creative and fun.

“Apartment with a view”
+Apartment had plenty of room to move around, close to all amenities. Really lovely place to stay. Host upgraded us without any problem when other property originally booked was not available.
−Several spots in the apartment needed attention when cleaning, skylights, under sofa and hand prints on doors.

+Clean, comfortable, Good range of facilities, (Wi Fi excellent ) Kitchen well appointed. Nice light spacious rooms. Very comfortable double bed and single one used was also comfortable. Nice towels.
−Very steep stairs with poor handrails. Not a problem for fit young people but I was difficult for me. The dining chairs are a bit rickety and could become unsafe. Some of the paintwork is a little bit tiered and the banister is sticky from use. More than one tea towel would have been better. Please note that none of the above comments are complaints. These are observations and comments only. None of these impacted negatively on our stay. We would be happy to book again. The distance from the town centre was an issue for me as I have impaired mobility but the bus service is excellent so that compensated. Better outside storage would have been useful.
