“Nice and cozy”

“Price meets the lower value in quite nice part of the city”
+Location was nice, out of touristic parts of Athens with quite nice cafes for breakfast down the road to the city center. Despite the hot weather it was quite okay inside the apratment. It suits my needs for two night stay.
−I received two different codes for key lock, the right one from Booking.com message which arrived before arrival. On check-in day the code sent by WhatsApp was wrong. Maybe I overlooked something, but it was quite confusing. Flat itself is completely on the bottom of the building with window to the wall..

“Fijn appartementje op centrale ligging in Athene”
+Gezellig appartement op redelijk centrale locatie. Goede voorzieningen. Met keukentje, zelfs koffie en thee aanwezig.
−De staat van onderhoud viel wat tegen, alles zag er een beetje onderkomen uit. En de matras was erg hard.

+Minden látványosság és fontos tömegközlekedési pont sétatávolságban volt. A szállásadó gyorsan válaszolt és segítőkész volt. A hálószobában és a nappaliban is volt légkondi.
−A lépcsőházban furcsa, égett gumiszag volt, egyszer egy csótány is volt a lakásban.

+El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. El host era muy amable y estaba siempre disponible.
−Había un olor muy muy fuerte en el portal (taladrina-vavulina) que entró a casa el primer día completo, no se iba ni abriendo las ventanas. La casa por dentro olía a tabaco fuerte, está dentro no hay manera de sacarlo. Además, la limpieza podría ser mejor, vasos sucios, baño por rematar y, sobre todo, las sábanas, están amarillentas del uso. Una pena, porque Kostas es muy buen anfitrión y la ubicación es estupenda.

+Tiene aire acondicionado. Buena atención del propietario.
−Pocos utensilios de cocina y la vitrocerámica rota. Frigorífico y congelador pequeños. Techo del baño demasiado bajo, dando lugar a un espacio claustrofóbico. La alcachofa de la ducha no se puede colgar bien. El colchón y las almohadas son bastante malas (hemos acabado con dolor de espalda). En general la limpieza es muy mejorable.

“Klein maar voldoende”
+Als je een stukje naar beneden liep kwam je rechts een lange steeg tegen met veel leuke cafes en eet gelegenheden en zelfs een openlucht bioscoop voor 9 euro ongeveer.
−De douche was vies (oranje aanslag) en op de ingezakte bank wilde ik niet zitten dus de woonkamer heb ik niet gebruikt. Volgens de omschrijving lag het appartement in het centrum, in werkelijkheid deed je er met de bus 25-35 minuten over. Het matras was hard en het bed piepte erg.

“Appartement très agréable”
+Nous sommes restés trois jours à l’appartement. Le logement était impeccable, la décoration est jolie et c’est très complet au niveau des équipements. Le quartier est calme. L’appartement est très proche du centre-ville à pied. Il y a des nombreux commerces aux alentours et des bus sur la même rue.
−L’appartement est légèrement sombre car il est au rez de chaussée.
