“It was a quiet location, the facilities in the flat were good. The bed was comfortable.”
+The location was fine and I was happy with the facilities provided in the flat.
−The place where the keys were kept was some distance from the flat. When I arrived I had no difficulty in getting the keys from the box. However, when I left, I was unable to open the box. The host indicated later that the box was working properly. I dont know why I couldn't open it. I had the right code but the box was very low down, within a couple of inches from the pavement and therefore made it difficult to use. If I had been in a hurry to get a train, it would have been very inconvenient. I have set out this in detail but I would not wish to elevate this point beyond its true significance.

+Highly recommend this apartment when visiting Manchester. The apartment is extremely spacious to accommodate you if you are staying in the city for multiple days. Kitchen and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city from the 8th floor. The king bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large with excellent water pressure. The high-rise has a building attendant at the front desk at all times, so it is a safe & secure location 24/7. A five minute walk to St Peter's Square tram hub and seven minute walk to the train station will get you to where you want/need to be. Steph and her team are friendly and responsive. Made us feel like we have been returning guests for many years.

“A deeper clean needed and refurbishment a must. It’s not a luxury apartment as advertised.”
+The bed was comfortable.
−The whole apartment looks worn and areas were dingy, for example the bathroom sink is crazed and cracking. A few light and electrical switches were sunken into the sockets which felt unsafe. The minus button on the oven timer and set time function was completely stuck, it looks like that it’s been stuck for a while and likely unrepairable. This meant the oven couldn’t be used, I waisted an hour trying. The kitchen was low on usable utensils, there were no oven trays and just two teaspoons. In the living area wires sticking out of the wall with clearly visible copper cable.

+Great location, clean and comfortable
−A pain having to pay extra £30 at last min in case of damages. Getting key bit of a challenge, but not far away. Little issues far outweighed by great location, peace and comfort

+The view is amazing. Apartment has most the amenities needed. we really enjoyed our stay and my kid had her sweet 16 in your apartment so it's dear place to use. Thank you!
−I was not so happy about bedsheets, pillows and blankets. They were stained, smelled so bad I had to wash bed sheets and put pillows out on the balcony for a day. cleaning overall could be better. One oven doesn't work and the other one grills everything on top while middle part is still cold. We are planning on coming back and would love to stay with you again if you can please fix the above it would be just perfect ♥️
